JAY GAMING basically he dug up ants nests and then put it all in his swimming pool (without water), and you can see ants crawling everywhere, then lights it all on fire.

Termite nests have good composition of clay, he also bakes some calcium rock and mixes it all up to make homemade cement so the water from the pool doesnt filter through the ground

I’m gonna assume that it was a type of bee’s wax that needed to be heated up and then mixed with water to effectively waterproof the tub/chute/soil/sandy loam that seems stable enough to build a sweet structure within. I’d also assume that there’s a fair amount of maintenance that goes along with it since the side walls most certainly will be compromised over time and become somewhat dangerous (to cave in) for anyone dwelling within.

Imagine learning about this for the next 100+ years on your geography class

This type of videos is made for monetisation, which it gets with just under 12 millions views, so decent income. How these videos are made is not clear. How many people around helping him ? The man digs quite deep in a place that appears really damp with various plants and trees everywhere but when he fashions the bed the soil is bone dry. Very cleverly done though.

I'm guessing that he or someone he knows owns all that land that he builds those on. He could charge admission/rent them out & maybe teach classes or at least do an interview about how he does all that.
