Thanks for showing concrete being poured and pretty much the finish. Would be nice if the customer allows it for us to see a update few months later like a revisit of these buildings.
From the start, Ryan was very helpful and is continuing to be helpful about his kzread.infoUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 Plans . Also, they have answered all the questions I have asked & I got outstanding support from his My Shed Plans full package.

Only one word to describe your talents......OUTSTANDING!! Your client has to be completely satisfied with your work.
Thanks for this wrap-up video. Makes all the earlier ones mean more when you see the results. Looks great.
Love watching these buildings going up, we don’t build anything like this in UK ..... keep up the good work guys Karl UK
There is just something blissfully peaceful about watching concrete being poured, worked, just the craft that goes into something that NO ONE in the actual world ever thinks about. I first stood in awe on one of my first construction projects, I stood in amazment as my coworkers just sauntered passed. Love it. Oh yeah, paused the video to make this comment, so I'm gonna go back to watching haha.
As I find myself always wanting more, always wanting what I don't have, I have to thank God for my two healthy boys. Man that is one sweet shop.
Great looking building. Learned allot from your build. I have 35 years of Carpentry under my belt but have never built a Pole Barn. Great job showing the tips and tricks. Thank you and keep up the hard work.
That is one of the best looking shops I have ever seen. Your team did a great job. The attention to detail really shows and the owner should be able to approve of your quality. Thanks for the series.
This place makes me want to cry for joy.
Yeah this is definetly a dream shop. Room for equipment, yardwork supplies, multiple project vehicles, enough height for a lift, all the toolboxes and tooling. Someday soon I'll be having a smaller 20x30 shop built but I'm sure it already isn't enough lol.
Sad time I love this build seeing from a empty plot of land to a nice big shop great work R&R
Beautiful!, What a great project, well done, thanks for sharing
Just binged on this over 3 days. Probably one of the best series he has done. At least for me it is. Certainly my favorite build too. They do great work. Attention to detail is amazing. Nobody does it better.

Thanks Kyle for letting us all view perfection in the making, a wonderful build which looks quite outstanding. We will all miss this particular series.
Some people see a building, I see an absolute work of art!! Great job!!!!
Wow!!! All I can say is wow!!!! I just got done watching this entire build series and your attention to detail is by far nicer than most new construction homes that are built today. When I’m ready to build my dream garage I know exactly who I’m paying to build it. Beautiful work. You should be very, very, very proud of yourself and your crews. Thanks for the videos and keep up the amazing work.

Wow. Been working all my life for something like that. Congrats to the owner
That is for sure a dream building! Wow, I’m speechless. Kyle and Greg, you guys are awesome!!
Quality work is obvious when you see it. Great job.
Thanks for taking us along with you on this dream shop build....yea I would move in it......LOL
I can't begin to tell you how very impressed I am with your passion for quality. There can't be more than a handful of contractors in the whole country that perform at your level. In this world of "that's close enough" it is so refreshing to see some one who actually gives a shit about the quality of the finished product. RESPECT!!!!!!

Gord Beneteau This guy is truly awesome at what he does, but There are alot of great contractors out there, Ive met some that were ARTISANS at what they do. This is America, men with high-skill and integrity are out there you just have to find them. For most contractors , it is always a bad financial choice to do shitty work. But yeah, This video kicks ass lol I wish I had room in my backyard for a shop like this
Exceptional content and craftsmanship. This guy is the real deal. Im just a town over and I only hear good things about the quality of his work. Sooner or later they will stop putting up that Cleary crap around here and start taking notes on what a "Quality" building looks like.
Just WOW, and your a great tradesmen with eye and execution upon detail! Thx for showing.
Someone is going to be spoiled now... Good job!!! Excellent craftsmanship!!!
Damn that thing is INCREDIBLE. My entire woodshop would take up about two thirds of the office in this building. Beautiful work though it’s been fun to follow along with!
I have nothing to do with building stuff, I'm studying medicine. But its really interesting and cool that this day I've learned something. Greetings from Mexico!

I’m unsure how anyone could give this, or any of your other projects, a “thumbs down” rating. I love spending hours watching all your videos. Far better than any programme on UK TV.
Damn, what a huuuuuge and perfectly build warehouse.
Damn, that looks awesome. And as you said, those side roofs look way better than just one big slab across. It gives the building more character. Great .... great job. 👍🎈
I have never built anything myself, but these videoes are suprisingly satisfying to watch.
Getting a new shop is like meeting the girl of your dreams. Nice build. I had a Morton 60 x 60 aircraft hangar built in 1990. That was a lot of concrete. My only regret is I didn't do the heated floor. (eastern kansas) I like the lean to on the side of your project here. Lean to's are great for keeping equipment out of the sun and rain.
"Dream" is a massive understatement!! Wow!!! That is an incredible shop!
Thing has a back door and everything that's dope 👌 could definitely have a speed shop 💪😂
When you build something like this, it becomes your pride and joy, your legacy, knowing that you built a building that will last for generations, and probably outlive you yourself (barring some unlikely event, like a tornado). The uses for it are seemingly endless. Great job. P.S. - Is the soundtrack the band "Nickle Creek"? I think I have that CD.

Fantastic work on this. You guys went the extra mile to get all the details right and it shows. You must be proud to have given someone a work space that they will no doubt pass on for generations. Great job guys.
I build pole buildings as a hobby after see the full series I really need to take up a new hobby wow incredible work what's most neat is this building is about an hour away I realized that after seeing CIC conveyer trucks again thanks for the pointers
that is incredibly love seeing the concrete being done thank you
Being as it's been almost a year since this was first posted, I'm sure somebody has told you this, but in case nobody has. The slump of the concrete is how much water is mixed into it. A 5 inch is about mid range. A 1 inch slump is very dry and tight, a 12 inch slump is very wet and loose. Just in case you didn't know, now you do.
I watch at least one of your videos A-day. Portland Oregon.
Wow..he must have a ton of equipment. Don't see him running out of room. I'm sure he is super happy to have this. You guy's and subs who work with you guy's are truly A++ professionals..its a build to truly be proud of!

Looks like a million dollar building to me. Excellent job!
So Awesome!
You sir are a craftsman and a scholar.
Nice to see people take pride in their work.
Thank you for making these videos. I love seeing and learning about all phases and types of construction!!
Very nice shop! I really like the lean-to on both sides with an office space because that makes it so much more useful and versatile. A lean-to also keeps bigger things that can be stored outside the shop walls from taking up valuable floor space. Can't go wrong with in-floor radiant heat even if you don't use it right away, it will be there. We did the same in our shop and it was a year or so until the boiler was installed but, no regrets on radiant heat.....it is wonderful! Your attention to detail is top notch and makes all the difference with a build like this. The color choices are a slam dunk and the owner seemed to know what he wanted in a building, which helps too. Great job!
@forry100

Very surprised they only did half the shop with floor heat. We have had it over 20 yrs at our farm shop, love it. Neighbor build a shop, but cut out the floor heat because of the cost of the boiler. First winter he was in his shop and ours has regretted that he did not at least install the pex piping and worry about the boiler and operation later. Have another neighbor that installed it in their wash bay to melt ice, swears we are lying when we claim we only use the floor heat. My old house will have floor heat when we remodel it.
@wvrockcrusher
5 жыл бұрын
In-floor radiant is no joke! No regrets here at all. I do suggest a floor sensing thermostat as a must and don't skimp on the insulation under the floor or otherwise, just use common sense. Floor heat is all we use in our 50x70 shop with 14' ceilings and a second floor level and I can tell you it is more than enough heat even at sub-zero temps. No dust blowing around or some noisy furnace to listen to all the time either which is a plus.
@forry100

@@wvrockcrusher we insulated under our floor. Building shell by Morton, but we did all the finish work. At my home I plan to heat the approach to my garage and the front porch and walk to the parking area. A farmer an hour away heated his outside pad and has done well with it. Of course not on all the time, only when needed a few times through out the winter.

Sweet garage, I had a 30 X 50, I did the floor myself. So you get my respect on that, lots of work.
its a huge step up from working in the drive , the guy must have worked very hard in his drive , thats a mighty fine shed.

Need this shop for my equipment and kids toys ! You guys do great work. Wish people built big shops like this in Oregon so I can cut the pads...

The most important thing is that you documented it... Amazing! amazing! Project
CRISP AND SHARP! Man you do a great build! Nice work, great ethic and good crew.
Simply awesome and my favorite build to date. This wrap up video shows off the incredible workmanship and final details of the building that you and crew have done. The way the roof and lean-tos came out really makes the build look great. Thanks
You and your family Crew should be proud of that one 👍.
It ain't work if ya lov what ya doin', and it shows! Wonderful project, hope you and yours' have a great Turkey Day, GB>
Man that building is nice! Turned out great, the detail work really makes it pop!
"doing maintenance outside on the gravel drive his whole life." What a great step up! And just in time to retire and give it all to his son. As others have expressed, thanks for the final wrap up video. Very impressive project on your part, RR Buildings (the whole crew!). One last question: What good is the steel mesh laying on the ground under the cement pour? Can someone smarter than me explain?
Central Illinois Conveying again! Great people! Watching your review of your own building and now this one wrapping up has me drooling again, alternating with crying. If I built that in my area of Illinois, the taxes would be so high that I’d be paying for the property all over again in just a few years.....and now they’re going to want to raise property taxes again statewide to make up for what they’ve already stolen from us through mismanagement in the past.
