Beautiful work!🤩I think we would all like to see a diorama of a Russian T-72/80 with its turret blown off!
I was in Iraq in 2004 and in between Camp Taji and LSA Anaconda there was a tank turret that was stuck in the ground barrel first... It looked like a large metal flower growing out of the ground... I tried numerous times to get a decent photo of it but it was tough to do while driving but this video reminded me of that... Outstanding job Andy, it looks amazing!!!
Hahah it was great to meet you Andy and thanks for letting me be in the intro !

Fantástic! Simple, original, fantástic, ingenius... And did i mentioned fantástic??
I think the T 55 was an excellent choice for this diorama, because everybody knows Russian tank turrets get more airtime then their Air Force!…… sorry I couldn’t resist! Lol all kidding aside. I am so inspired right now. I think that looks incredible.
I really enjoyed this video. Model building, special effects, scenery, weathering.... What more is there?
Couldn't have found this at a better time. Making a diorama for a friend's tank
Love it, so creative, and the fact that Andy loves to be enthusiastic about his business of models. Thank you Andy !!
Thankyou!!! from Philippines!!!❤️
Another great build Andy. Just a thought for the battery and wire. If you hollowed out a channel in the foam before gluing you could have the wires and a battery compartment all part of the build. Use a piece of plastic sheet to make a switch panel and fit to area in side of base battery is and give easy access and compact design.
Really a great video, just ordered this kit myself last week and now can't wait to build it myself
WOW! That looks fantastic! Totally got the effect 100%. Mind BLOWING!

Excellent build Andy, thankyou for sharing.
Great idea & beautiful diorama. Fantastic effect & professional look.
What a fantastic build and what a easy way to create a realalist explosion I am going to be having a go at this fantastic video Andy fantastic Steve 🇬🇧
Andy, what an amazing build and effect! Thanks so much for sharing. I'm nowhere as skilled a modeler as to be remotely able to build something this impressive, but as an ex tanker I have a few minor suggestions... The fireball would also have exited through the open hatches first before blowing the turret off... some fireball coming out of the hatches would be rad. The explosion will travel as much sideways as it will upwards. Explosions are like water, they seek the path of least resistance. As soon as the turret ring separates from the hull the explosion will expand out sideways too. Wherever the tank armour was penetrated will show flame shooting back out too in a K kill like that. You can especially see it in that famous video of the Panther vs Pershing in Cologne. I don't bring it up as a criticism to an amazing work, just as some perspective from an end user. One day I'd like to have the modeling chops to pull something like this off.
It looks great. A nice way to display a tank. Great video.
I am SO gonna try this... Thanks for the inspiration Andy.
VERY cool! Convincing explosion you've achieved, Andy.
That's genius, never seen anything like that before. I need to have a go, thanks
My favorite thing in your videos is the music ;)
Great looking dio!! Keep'em coming.
Saw this in insta yesterday. It’s awesome
great job Andy looking very nice
That looks awesome ,great work Andy.
Thanks for the details of this build Andy, it's so realistic looking.... I have just finished the same scale and type tank now I want to duplicate your build! Awesome 👍😎
Thanks for your latest video Andy! Looks super!!
Great job! The explosion looks great. I really wish I could touch cotton wool without quivering haha! I think I may try it with expanding foam.
I honestly never would have thought you used cotton just looking at the thumbnail. It looks amazing man good job! 👍🏽
An amazing piece of artwork. Thanx for sharing. 👍👍
Hi and I'm Ben from the UK! Quickly shoves Ben in to the cupboard where he cane from. 😆
Awesome build as always Andy!
A NO DOUBT "KILL SHOT",,, WOWSERZZ Andy, God Bless All
Great video. Really helpful. Thanks Andy.
Brilliant job Andy
Looks absolutely fantastic mate!!!
Excellent stuff as usual sir.I always look forward to seeing your latest video and this one is great. Thanks Andy. 👍
Amazing job!
Wow. Just Wow. You've done some impressive builds before Andy, but this is Legit.
Amazing job Andy really injoy your work
Thanks for these videos Andy. You and making models again got me back into modelling. I mainly build aircraft but your methods and tips are always explained in a way even my Cornish brain can take in.Thanks again for all of your excellent content.
Great project Andy, looks good! 👍
Another effin' awesome build Andy! 👍
Awesome build !!!
Yet another great video - thanks a lot for the inspiration👍
Super job Andy....
You are good at this I have to start doing this again, haven't done this in years ,got all my stuff to do it but got side tracked
Great job on the model
Great idea! This looks very interesting. You should change one thing - tank is "flying" above earth.
Wow that is a realistic looking explosion, thanks for showing now all I gotta do is replicate it on a T-34!
Not too bad for a mediocre modeler Andy! :) Jokes aside, you are a great model maker and an inspiration for the young modeler generation (at 33 I consider myself a young modeler). I'm a retired semi pro football player and building plastic models and airbrushing them gives me so much peace and joy. I mainly listen to metal while modeling. It's a great hobby and I'm a year into it now.

Hi Marcus! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Always happy to have a new model enthusiast in the world. You take a break from football and build models and I take a break from building models to watch football. Enjoy!
This is awesome I wish I could see this in person
This is a good illustration as to why one should not fart in an enclosed space. (Looks great.)
love this, thank you for sharing
Looks great! Cool idea
Awesome work!
Lovely work Andy will do one of these sooner or later

Your comment is the second like to me , thank you
Nice build !! Ideas for next time: lift the "impact" side a little to show the rocking of the hit. The turret is canted, bring the fire up higher in the unobstructed side. Do the fire a little darker on the low side of the explosion. A yellow drybrush on top to show the light of the explosion. Just some thoughts.
Great job very impressive!
Looks so cool, I'm thinking of doing something like that too but in a huge diorama with 3 other vehicles.
Andy,you are an artist !!!
Nice work, I thought it was an actual picture of a T-55 for a second! It might be cool to see a destroyed tank like this, but after a few years and with the turret a ways away looking charred and rusted. Maybe a T-72 or something?
Just WOW! Great job 😊 Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
Aahhhhhhhhhh the blue Danube..........again !!!!
Awesome, Andy you are the best.
Awesome job!
Nice build Andy, looks pretty cool!...Bill
Great video
Awesome build.....
Nice !! Very innovative!!
Awesome work! Keep it up
진짜 폭발하는것 같아요 '리스펙트!!'
Great distraction build Andy 👍
Nice job 😊
Have you thought about building a 1/35 Bronco CV33 (L3/33) Tankette with a dio? Possibly use the explosion technique for a muzzle flash effect.
Very nice andy
This is really cool. I love it ♥️
That's actually quite an awesome effect Andy, gives one ideas for a World of Tanks dio, you could also use some of that stiff wire to attach to tools/cans etc being blown off, just have the attach-point at the edge of the cotton ...?
I really like your content, keep it up!😀
It needs a plexiglass cover to protect it and keep dust from accumulating.
Very cool effect
Super diorama and tank buddy 🍻👍
Hi Andy, I did not know, that a Master could out do himself, and you certainly have with your latest effort, what will be your next build? Well done mate.

Oh, Andy! I am soooooo stealing this idea!! Great work! I'd be curious to see how long the battery will last. If I were to build something like this for a contest I wouldn't want the battery dying before judging happened. Sounds like a research project, Andy! :)
Try a wire brush for the scoring, will work alot better then the knife and you will get a better bond
Love this one Andy, i make one , thanks
Very cool.
GREAT VID!
