Go for the one you like paa bcuz if you downgrade to cut cost, you may regret later. Your house is so beautiful. Your choices are superb and premium. I dig it.

Communication between artisans and builder is key. Most artisans don’t come to out charge you so talking to them and getting a clear sense of what it is they are charging you for is vital. Good luck with your finishing. The option you chose looks nice!
