Is there any rule for the govt to provide CC/OC before giving house number? Can panchayath skip providing these docs and proceed with numbering with revenue internally?I haven't received CC/OC but got number

Most of the persons are not interested in collecting both the certificate from the local body concerned. The revenue department of the local body will not provide building numbers without getting both of the Sun certificates from the building section of the local body

Building number will not be provided/ action will be initiated against the construction if any violation noticed by the authority concerned

Builders ആണ് Building കെട്ടുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ,land owner ആണോ സെസ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത് അതോ Builders ഓ ?
