    Hell yea bro came out good especially with the brushed aluminum.. it would be a great idea to maybe spray paint the bumper guards black to blend in a bit more.. since they have a little surface rust and you can conceal the bend in the passenger side one.. just some food for thought before it all goes back together. Think smarter not harder 🤔. Anyyyways!! Remember STAY DRIVEN YEEEEEEE!

    That’s a great idea and I thought about it after the fact I put everything on but decided not to because that stuff is coming off in 2 years for sure so I’ll save myself the money. But AAAAAANYWAYS, be motivated, stay driven ✊🏼

    Not true on my application at all. I haven’t re installed the bumper but it was literally a 2 minute install with no additional customization needed since it attaches to the tubular crash bar.

    So what is the new bumper support piece, manufacturer, part number? Did you happen to notice how much lighter the tubular piece was compared to stock?

  • @SOLODRIVEN

    @SOLODRIVEN

    2 жыл бұрын

    It was hard to tell since the heat exchanger was already on there but I would say the whole assembly considering the fans and the HE is much larger than previous was about 5ish lbs heavier (guessing from just picking up by hand) so not really much of a noticeable difference. Maf racing crash bar.

    @dbsimms63

    @@SOLODRIVEN I figured the MAF tubular crash bar weighed a lot less than the stock bumper support so the whole thing might weigh the same or hopefully less. Which MAF crash bar does it take to mount the GT500 unit?
