This is really beautiful. Great work

The next two problems 1. Failure to mold the foundation and as a result the concrete water is eaten by the ground and the concrete cracks and loses its final strength. 2. Not leaving a concrete block to create a distance between the rebar and the ground and again not doing it correctly

Agree... Absolutely... That's the weakness I see... The design of the house is so beautiful but the quality needs to prioritize

Here in Minnesota pouring foundations lot quicker than doing Block! It's lot easier on the bodys.

In Hong Kong, operating in an area 1.2m above the ground requires a large number of risk prevention measures, which will at least double the operating time.

Congratulations my dear friend... 😍 The design of the house is so beautiful but the quality needs to prioritise especially the foundation, footing and columns of the house. It feels like by using concrete blocks is not suitable and does not last long

Hello I noticed that you use 10 cm thick insulation - is this enough to protect against the cold? and another question - you do not protect the insulation with a vapor barrier from the side of the rooms.... it can absorb moisture over time and lose its properties..... Or does your practice say something else? Here in Europe, the insulation thickness is from 150 to 200 mm and protection with a 200 micron film from steam from the room

Этот дом в тёплом штате, нет температуры ниже ноля, конденсату не из-за чего образовываться, по этому и не нужна защитная плёнка от пара. По тоже причине и утеплитель 10см.

You could've probably built it quicker if you didn't rabbit on about crap. In New Zealand a house like that would've been finished in 5 months no problems at all.

Como arquiteto, meus projetos visam a supressão minima ou zero de vegetação. Você derrubou uma árvore sem necessidade. Típico se vocês norte americanos... não respeitam o meio ambiente. Quem fez o projeto? Engenheiro? Arquiteto? Ou o próprio dono?

It will take a long time for the bottom layer of the house to be waterproofed to cause problems.
