thank you your welcome 👷😁
I remember when the Perkins crew first built this house, watching each episode that was filmed with eager anticipation of the next one. As I watch this time-lapse video, it brings back fond memories of a professional job completed by an endearing workforce. Excellent job guys! 👍
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Bryson City at the Plott House in late April. First class.
This is a good format, a mix between time-lapse and moments of silliness lol. Good job guys 👍🏼😈👍🏼
You guys make it look easy. LOVED the way that house turned out and learned from you along the way!

These time-lapse videos we're relaxing enough for me to go without having anything to drink tonight! Imagine what it could do for recovering alcoholics!
A series where all you do is build affordable housing in low income areas would be cool

I agree. But us poors aren't allowed to have affordable housing apparently
Love all the attention to detail, your group has mastered the art of building great homes, I can see the love you put in your work. When you use tool men used when there was no power tool, like the chisel and the planer, it reminds me of my father 😢, he did a lot of what you guys do in your videos, anyways, keep doing what you do and you’ll never be bored. ❤God bless.
I just loved this…I have already watched every episodes of this particular project during my lunch breaks at the office and this one is great as well and those killer soundtrack…Kudos!!!
It will be a cute little vaca spot. Be kind to each other. Stay safe. Love to all
It really was. Satisfying. I hope The Vacation rental is bringing in lots of $$$$$.
I wish they would have highlighted the building of the retaining wall. It is so beautiful. I think the operator did the work with his son without filming it.

Always impressed with the integrity of your workmanship! Keep up the good work.
Wow, you guys are fast workers! It would take me all day to build a house like that, and you got it done in 17 minutes! No wonder I could hardly see you move.
Doing it in high speed's pretty cool to see
I drove by this house a couple months ago. Such a beautiful home!

Thanks for the start to finish video Erik. The whole series was a hoot to watch and this timelapse finale is such a cool way to wrap it up. Thanks for the entertainment and sharing of tips/tricks during construction.
I actually remember so many from this house build timelapse, seem like I've watched quite a lot of the series back when you guys built it ^^ what a lovely journey this was, I like you guys building unique homes. Thanks for sharing with us!

I bet family picnics are fun at Jaime's house. Sure, they know who's calling who when it's just them, but when someone else is calling their name? Chaos. There must be nicknames.

this is phils son speeking now as im growing up i realy love building
Bien joué à vous tous pour ce magnifique travail !
The title suits well with the video "Satisfying Construction Timelapse". Nice-good result and well done house construction.
Beautiful house
With all the blocks, the time it took to lay the block, and cement poured into the blocks, would make more sense to actually do ICF at that point.
Awsome job! love the way it turns out.
Coming this winter!
Absolutely beautiful, well done, guys. I know it was built a while ago as I saw the build episodes. Keep up the good work. Townsville, Queensland, Australia
You boys sure do some nice work

Hey Jamie, You use a drafting table, tools, AND a drafting machine. I learned this way, 50 years back. I am so impressed.
Well done: the build and the video!
Just WOW amazing work
The house is very well designed and built. May the house have many visitors and be successful in many ways.
Excellent job

Bro!!!! I’m currently staying here right now love this place great job guys!! Just met one of you guys! 10 stars!
Way to recycle the shade tent into "rebar" for the stair foundation. Had to wait till the end to figure out what y'all were doing with that one. Great job, as always.
Eric...beautiful editing man
This was a super cool video!
I watched EVERY MINUTE!!! Fantastic build and so darling! (The house, oh and Arlo!)
Nice project and nice work as well.
Yeah man love when you make these vids Erik ….
Mega Work 💪😎👍
I have an unbelievable amount of respect for guy’s & Gals of home building. 📐🪚🔨
I like the idea of the square nailed wood floor but not sure if I’d want it in my house. It’s whatever the customer wants though 😅
Hardwork, Beautiful/Good results. 👏👏👏
That’s amazing 👏, but at my opinion grey colour was looking more better than white.
That was awesome :)
always inspiring !!!
Loved that project!! I wish you would have given us a few more details about the mechanicals in the basement at the end. There was virtually nothing. Maybe a follow up video? Greetings from Texas....John B. - Retired Builder

it would be nice if you guys did a timelapse and a non-timelapse video for each house/project you do
Oh , I would love one of those 11 minute house.
Man, I still crack up when I see where you used old pop-up tent frame pieces as concrete reinforcement. But hey, it works, and it's free maturriel.
Facia to soffit should be a dado fit into facia. eliminating sag and to many nails. The roofs have a different pitch making one taller than the other. Always set the ridge poles first
I love Jamie's creative side in this project. He is brilliant.
Very nice building. Hello Erik, Jamie Arlo Jay and Ray from Sydney Australia. Just thinking about the floor tiles meeting with the timber flooring? * Grouting * Flexible color sealant * Aluminium line between 🌏🇭🇲
Tagged along for the whole build, awesome to see it in condensed form again! Was thinking: all this house would need to be a full time residential home is a set of stairs to go downstairs (and maybe a garage/shed/woodshop of sorts somewhere on the proerty). Couldn't quite remember why Jaime didn't put those stairs into the design, but wasn't it because it is a rental home?
Currently homeless 21, framing is my dream job. Cant wait for the future
Love this so much! FYI your guest book says Jamie and Jamie Perkins - you forgot Eric
Wonderful video❤
Great fun watching this! Question: I remember the original goal for this build was to do it for around $100K. Did you come in close to budget?

me love watch all your videos..keep up the good job..i am a jamaican
Very cool home it looks built pretty well
One thing I noticed watching this a second time is no venting for the roof. No issues with that in NC?
I had a cashier check me out like this once. It made me very nervous! LOL
Q uality build!😊
Top!
"AIRBNB built in 17 minutes" would be an awesome clicky-baity title to this awesome video.
