I'm so glad you did this again .I love little houses but never thought to put little opening windows and doors. Those brads are great You are so lucky to have so many great materials over in the US. Here in the UK we only have a fraction of what you have over there. ❤

I am a bit confused as to how to prepare my book. I did see two of your videos explaining how to find the sections but am unsure about how to and how many pages I need to remove. I don’t want to accidentally tear the bindings. 1. Can you recommend any particular videos that I should watch? 2. Do you have a zoom or I person workshop I can join? 3. Thats funny, I am new to your channel and have only seen a couple videos and I just got my first stabilos. I am for sure going to start a collage book and I want to try a village and collage a dragonfly too. Those are my first thoughts anyhow.

Glad to have found you and enjoy so many of your techniques. Couldn’t you be a little more of a planner and not glue pages together that have illustrations? Tearing out seems ok or even scanning them first but gluing them into oblivion seems criminal. And I love altered books! ♥️

underpants, huh? just found you, so i'm outta the loop. good way of putting it - kind of like calling it a good 'foundation' for all the top layers. :) right? or did i get that wrong? lol love your little village. sooo cool. i have gelli prints i wanna do this with, but now i see i must do this with some scrapbook paper packs i have hoarded, too. :) Hehe. USE THAT STASH. TFS!!!

aha ibkristykat.....you are right on target....the underpants are the foundation for the entire piece....very important but not everyone gets to see them...lol! this is the perfect time use that stash darling...i have a gelli plate but have not really bonded with it! wanna come over and play??? lol....see you on the table!

This must be the reason I couldn't sleep tonight- a new LorriMarie video! :-) I love seeing your process!I think it really teaches us newbies how to think outside the box. I was giggling at you with the white dots. My mind would say, there, on that edge and you would go right there. Happened 5-6 times. Great minds and all that jazz, lol Do you have a FB group or just your personal profile? I found your profile but wasn't sure what a group would be called to search for it (though I did try, The VIllage, LorriMarie's VIllage, and LorriMarie Jenkins' Village) lol

i have some Kate Spade (god rest her soul) striped ones....some french wine colored ones.....and in the next video i am going to wear some red with white polka dotted ones....fun, right? yep....spunky and creative...that would be us! lol.... see you on the table!

Hello. I try and try to collage. So frustrated with it much so, I have put the loads of cut outs away, again! I probably have 40 pounds or more of cut outs. Should send it all to you, the cost is really what holds me back!

tee hee janet! i do not call the peaches underpants! i have always put down old book pages to start my mixed media pieces....when i first started teaching mixed media....i explained how important that 'foundation' was....i said 'they old book text was like underpants...very important to feel of the outfit...but not everyone gets to see them.....like underpants'....the phrase just stuck...and six years later? it rolls off my tongue...i hope that explains the innocence of #underpants....see you on the table janet!
