Good to see you making progress on your little homestead Robert. Chickens are a good addition. I have two hens and they are so pleasant to have around and easy to care for yet eggs and their droppings are so good for your trees and garden.

What a great job again. But are you not afraid that al your work is for nothing when the wet season begins? I know the green plasterboard is for moister but more expensive. And what a great addition to your family ;) I think the rooster should be called Boris.

Hey Robert. Maybe rooster can be called leucas (Lukas). Leuco means white, since I think melanca is from melanin which means black. Have a wonderful day.

The Rooster ist to big for this little Chicken. And 1 Chicken with one Rooster ist not good. You need minimum 3 or 4 hens for harmony.
