Congrats on the Glass Door acknowledgement/honor. This interview was very informative. Jerry recommended watching previous videos to gain more insight on values, culture, and hiring: Episodes 5-6 (building a value culture); 16-17 (empowering culture); 19-20 (hiring)

Moral (and/or) Morale Issues: I believe a great topic for discussion, or even your leadership podcasts, could be in the area of moral (and/or) morale issues, regarding what it means to live a Christian life in general, as it relates to The-Mind-Of-Christ transforming us into wise stewards to ourselves and others, as it relates to the decisions we make that influence others. The compounding effect of living a Christian life is related to the same benefits of living a better and longer life. Regarding moral (and/or) morale issues, I am in no way suggesting becoming an insurance agent. I only mean to say, in like manner to your leadership podcasts, I believe this is an ideal medium for general advice, in harmony with your leadership podcast advice. Our bodies are a holy temple and offering for the Indwelling-Spirit that gifts us with The-Mind-Of-Christ, helping us become wise stewards in everything.
