Dude, I got a 97 Civic waiting for me to make it a track car in my garage. I've been thinking about converting it to RWD, but after watching ALL your videos I'm gonna stick with FWD. Thank you for showing how impossible it is to make this car RWD. You and your friends must have spent thousands of hours in this car. I hope it runs like a champ.

Yup. Great learning experience.

Purple EK was an export car that we loaded out of the Honda plant in Alliston that went to South America. From the factory you could start the car without pushing in the clutch.

The freak is great hope you get things sorted soon

The RCF is a sign to do a Lexus build!

People love talking shit about Honda's but we always show out and represent. Tuner scene wouldn't be what it is today without Honda guys.

The car would of hooked up better if y’all went awd. Your putting down decent power. I’d still convert it to Awd and push it on the boost. We have a awd civic coupe down here in Houston pushing 1000whp 5.8 in the quarter. would be a great build video for us to see as well.

@38:38 real talk I'm currently trying to get the young kids out to the track and stop with the street racing :) I'm glad you had a blast it's unfortunate you ran into some issues but exactly what you said test and tune I usually always find something to fix or upgrade on my car, a lot of the times it's just seat time haha

ive been wanting to do a rwd 8hp55 supra /bmw 8 speed with k24 swap for a minute. it would be sick in a civic.

I would love to hear some feedback on how this handles wen u track it because thats a complete custom front sway bar and the endlink mount in the rear being moved hopefully its not super wonky

Why not use a solenoid or motor from electric door lock like U would when shaving Ur door handles? Could even Bluetooth it, U can make any 2 wires wireless (i.e. +&- on earphones) via Bluetooth...

I like that you guys have a cage. I was in a non race car and a car hit me at 55mph and pushed the side into the center console. Get cages in your cars. It's the right thing to do, your life is worth the $1500-2k. Just prioritize it, make your car look like a foo foo strip club later.

I love everything about this car... But... Wow, those trunk latches are horrible.

Tbh it's hard af to tell if your not involved in the scene on a very deep level but in general idgaf if your john force you don't go grabbing on someone else's girl right

Mickey i commend your attention to detail and quality of your work but the engineering behind the front bar seems less than ideal. did you ever consider a "nascar" style splined bar with billet arms? like a kit from competition engineering or rhodes could be had for a few hundred bucks and would avoid a lot of the compromises from the ae86 parts.

I did consider a speedway bar. But, the 86 solution was way more straight forward and is functioning perfectly.
