Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

The trailer is painted and finished off camera.
In this episode I show you what the finished trailer is like.

I designed and 3d printed an equipment trailer for my truck. Now I can move my machines around.
This trailer has many features:
-Files for Standard length 92cm, and extended length 106cm.
-Customizable top deck (choose your own style with many different variants)
-Steel reinforced chassis (8mm steel rods - easy install, slide them in and put lock nuts on them)
-Super easy printing of the parts and assembly
-Electric ramps (actuator driven)
-Adjustable kingpin
-Support Legs (manual operation - electric version may come in future)
-Option to 3d print the tires at home (very nice if youre on a tight budget) , or you can buy LESU tires. Rims for LESU tires are also included!
-Fully Customizable suspension (choose between 4 strength springs, and 2 different axles for flex, this should be more than enough to find the sweet spot for your machine)
-Options to install wheels with or without bearings (very nice if youre on a tight budget)
The trailer can be printed on a 22x22 cm bed.
All parts are exported in the desired orientation, meaning you will have less work before print.
Parts list with links and screw-list is included in the files.
25 page build manual is included!
Thank you for reading, and if you do decide to buy this, I hope you enjoy building it and that you are satisfied :)

Just finished printing my 973k, cant wait to get to assembly. Please keep in mind possibly doing a US lowboy style trailer at some point. Also another suggestion would be a Cat 657 scraper! Keep up the great work man. 🔥🔥

Do you know how many kilos it can support? Could it transport a 20 kilo excavator or a 30 kilo drx2? What is the limit? has not thought about making certain parts that will withstand more effort such as axles and shock absorbers in metal, I think the secret to this is to get easily accessible metal parts and print the rest in 3D, in this way we can have completely robust but homemade vehicles . For example, the shovel or certain reinforcements on the arms of the loaders, I think that metal rods or aluminum profiles of standardized measurements could be introduced and covered in 3D material. In this way we have a completely robust, reinforced machine made at home and with accessible materials. I think that part of the satisfaction that you have said that you feel with your DRX2 is precisely because of that, because you have a machine that has no limits, you do not push or move loose soil, but you are able to tear up natural soil and for that some elements should have reinforcement of metal. The most obvious is the shovel, and my proposal in this case is to adapt a commercial shovel from an internet manufacturer, of which there are many on the market and can be found on the market. In my personal opinion and I am sorry if I have bothered you by giving my opinion.

I am a new fan of the channel, how do you do about designing the models? What program? Do you start at the frame and work your way out? Etc… I am mainly talking about the front end loaders/exavators
