I wanted to encourage the question of the day, my husband did not want to have any children either, or at least not as soon as we did. I kept praying, I mean hands and knees on the floor, praying that God would change his heart and that he would come around and desire children. He agreed to start trying but he was still not on the same page. Until one day he told me he prayed to God saying, if you think I'm ready to be a dad, then let us get pregnant, and sure enough that next day I got my first positive pregnancy test, and now have my 2 year old and a 7 month old 🥹 God is good! God will meet you wherever yall are!! ❤

This is so good and needed for a SAHM being called into ministry when I was not looking for it! As if God didn’t know already! Of course He knew and He was preparing me, but this podcast was just what I needed to get some perspective on prayer. I’ll download the course too!

I am not one who usually comments but this was such a timely message for me. Our church starts their annual 21 days of prayer and fasting in a few days. I attempted last year, and failed. I’ve been feeling God’s pull to do it again this year, but also felt like He was calling me to walk into it differently. I was struggling to know what that would look like when I mindlessly clicked on KZread and this video was the first to come up as a recommendation. Little did I know He would use this episode to answer my questions on how I can posture myself in this fast to get out of it everything He desires. I listen to all of the episodes on this channel and have had many messages that came right on time. Thank you for your obedience to Him, y’all’s podcast has helped me in my journey of no longer being content as lukewarm Christian.

THIS! Such a conversation for right now! I'm reading your book Words with God as well as the Awe of God by your dad and I can't thank your FAMILY enough for your sincerity and genuine openness in sharing this TRUTH with us! I am excited to allow GOD to finally have HIS way within and through me!

So I thought I had the whole day planned out and I think I prayed. You got about this, but it didn't go. According to our my plan immediately. I was able to go to school or drop my kid off at school. And then I want to go to the library so I wouldn't have to get more rides from people the necessary. Make that's God's consideration of others. Then library turned out because so I just went directly to my counseling appointment. Which was an hour earlier when I arrived the office. But they allowed me to stay there in the lobby then. They had a meeting after my counseling appointment. And they allowed me to work on how I was. We need out of there but I didn't want to stay there. Could I stay through the whole time? Waited for arrive but I didn't think that was right because they had their doors locked and I was in their lobby so I didn't wanna create trouble there so I decided to walk and see well is the library. Open now but it's 12. Because I usually open on that time and then I found out nope. It's definitely closed because types for frozen. So I just walked on down the city hall and I remembered. My husband had said something about city bill. Not being paid so I hot well lemon. Here I should probably check. And then I paid it so that's a blessing. Cuz God doesn't want us to o anyone anything. And then after that, I waited and a new. A vista bill needed paid it. I wasn't sure what's going to get to the place to pay it because of the time. But I called my neighbor and they gave me from the city to the bank. To wear I pay the visibile and I got some things that I need to get to while I was in the place where I paid it a vista bill and then I was kind of complex. How am I going to get home? After I go and get penny and then go to my wake appointment. Will right at the moment? When I go to the car with my neighbor I gotta call. And this was before I went to my daughter's school and was dropped off there. The people who were working on my car were ready to bring it to me. So it worked very wonderfully. They were a little bit late. And I was a little bit nervous because they said it would be 30 minutes. And I thought okay sure you're bringing it to me that I can get to my appointment on time. But that didn't work at least the time. But I was there in time enough that the. Person at work gave me grace so I got to that appointment and got that taken care of praise God for this interesting day and I was able to go straight home from there. I was sold so nice. God has much more knowledge than we do. What's going on and how he can help us through our days. So it's just One Day at a Time right now, One Day at a Time. And I'm praying that they can be some real growth in my relationship, if it be God's will. I'll see they're going to grow or break. But the good news is God is taking good care of us all. I didn't think God for everything hes done cause he is amazing.

How about adult children who are lost but still ask mom for prayer? Claim to have tried everything . Feels alone and past trauma … can’t seem to shake rules and regulation of a past church . He’s bitter … claims to know God but is lost about Jesus and grace ! Help !
