I actually picked up around 10 falconer and about 5 of them had 2 yellow hands that came from lego that way

Well, every noble warrior needs a minstrel to sing about his noble deeds. Perhaps some knights with weaponized instruments? Maybe you could also build some hired mercenaries/assassins. Someone's got to do the king's dirty work...

I did the exact same thing as you for a future medieval diarama down the road. I don't have some of those older helmets, but I have tried to mix and match to create various different groups of soldiers as well.

Really cool army, love how they all have a mount. I bought parts as well and have pieced together an army of around 30 black falcons. I would recommend switching the armor to black/pearl dark grey. Definitely a cooler look in my opinion.

I've recently ordered more torsos for an army build I'm trying to do with the Blacktron faction. Unfortunately, they went out of stock weeks before lego's deadline of it and over 2000 elements in their pick-a-brick site. I was only able to get 10 torso pieces, but they'll arrive in 10 days at best.

i have 400 black falcons 1040 lion knights and 160 hourse 60 with armor im in sooo much debt lol

I was going to army build the Crystalized warriors but unfortunately they’ve recently all sold out on LEGO Bricks & Pieces, pretty much every Crystalized minifigure parts are gone
