This is part 16 of the long slow process of building a larger quorn tool and cutter grinder. I have taken the standard quorn and scaled it up 33% which will hopefully make it more versatile mainly due to the availibility of larger and in some cases more affordable grinding wheels as well as the machine having more capacity and power. In this video I am casting a mortar base to mount the tool onto which should give a large and stable mass to hopefully make the machine more rigid during operation.
