It's not automatic as the quotes makes it look. Your submission should not be dependent on whether he leads or not. Love is the key. But many don't even know what love is.

This is such a refreshing teaching. Psts Kingsley & Mildred are doing a new thing the church really needs. I think some women grew to resent their nurturing role because their husbands took them for granted and did not play their part. Sometimes it's exhaustion from feeling like a single parent while married. It does take a village to raise a child but that village must be well curated. That culture also created room for abuse.

🤔 hmmmmnnn, I agree with you, culture must be malleable (i.e. flexible or liable to change where necessary) in order to prevent it from been misused (abused). In other words, the wrong things about a culture should be changed or corrected in order for it to remain relevant.

Wonderful Nuggets as always, coming from Pastor Mildred. However, I think this title is a bit misleading because I came here for how to build a family system and didn't hear that in this talk. I think this is a part that needs to emphasized a lot by our leaders in this business so that people learn it. Great companies succeed because of systems, great families also succeed because of systems and they are not so different. Both a great houses and are built with similar ideologies. And I came to this talk with that kind of expectation to get information about such systems from those who have already gone far in it.

I think the society focus more on teaching female child and neglect the male ones, forgetting the male child they failed to train will be the husband of the well trained female child which later leads to frustration.
