This vanity is built from a combination of solid wood and plywood panels, solid wood for the visible frame and plywood for the larger panel portions. The doors are solid wood with solid wood bookmatched panels and look great! The drawers are 1/2" plywood and, like the doors, have soft close hardware.

Great work, but the white flashing between cuts is really harsh.

Loved the video but gotta agree with djAnakin that there was a bit too much flash in the flashback/memory section when you were building the drawers. BTW I have seen your in-depth drawer video and it’s a good one. For this one, I gotta say that other than that one section with all the flashing/old timely filter, this was another great one video for a cool project. Keep up the great work!

Tyler, love your videos and your work, but I get a little chapped when you say spray or don’t do it at all! Someday I may be able to afford a Fuji q5 platinum but not today! How about a video on inexpensive finishing technique for the beginner woodworkers?

Turned out very nice, the only thing I would have done different is had the book match panels on the same side. Also, you may want to check your links, they all seemed to be bad other than the Cabinet Hardware Jig

@@DIYTyler My bad, it was kinda hard for me to see in the video. I know I was wrong, but I thought you put one side of the bookmatch on the left side of the vanity and the other on the right side. I know that does not make any sense, especially when you are a very talented woodworker ....but in all honesty thats what I thought I saw. Even when I watch the video over again it still not obvious. Maybe it's my bad eys....lol
