It's drifting because the damn trolley wheels rotate, not because of lack of rigidity...

Ha! I like the beach chair on the furniture dolly... I could see someone trying to go down the boardwalk with that...
Nice effort, as a retired machine assembler with all the tools, I selected the kits, the original, the XL and now the bike along with 6.5 and the 10 inflated tire board. 78 and the one with the most toys wins.

I just put a skateboard under the chair, and you lean to turn. Works well, and you can pull more than 1 person buy adding another chair on the back

just get a spiny chair. done now sit on it and control the hoverboard
your problem is the backwheel it should be fixed and not movable 360 degrees.

You got what you paid for! Or, you can get really nice HoverSeat at Amazon. And now we have new HoverSeat MINI, and soon to come HoverBike...

I think not a hand brake but a lift with wheel that would take the hover board off the ground allowing a sick drift.

Glue the rotating wheels on the base of the trolley so it doesn't spin...
