Handmade construction of a Classical Guitar by Christian Crevels, guitar maker.
No music, no talk, just the craft and its sounds.
We approach the completion of the guitar in this video, with the making and gluing of the ebony fingerboard. The fingerboard is bound with a same-colored piece of ebony, this way the fret tangs are hidden from sight. A small detail and some added hours of work. But I find it worth it, after all, it is the part of the guitar the player looks at the most!

13:34 I enjoyed your video. I liked the binding the finger board to hide the fret tang. Also fretting and finishing the board before fitting to the neck. I might try this method on my next project.

Glad that you liked! Tell me what you think of the method after you try it out. I do that mainly because I don't like to hammer the frets in over the body of the guitar. Just feels too aggressive.
