The fact that in 2024, the most replayed part of the video is at 6:40... tells me you're not the only one.

Could cut the edges off the box by cutting it upside down on a table saw. Maybe a good idea would be to attach a sheet of rubber on the underside of the wood cover. Then when the cover is closed the rubber would compress on the edges of the box and act as a lid.

Great ideal , but when your driving across the water wont the water splash over the sides . Or does the floor lid hold the water in . Thanks for sharing.

Would the bilge pumps be replaceable for just a normal aerator? Or would it be unecesary considering the large quart container?

Yea you could, just the more flow the better for the fish in the live well IMO

Just a sajestion put the lid back on run a scribe around thr outside of the lid take a sharpy and make a mark about 2 inches or so all the way around the lid and cut it out glue the lid to the bait well when you hit a wake or what ever it will prevent the water from splashing out as well as gipping the fish in the bait well. Keeps the water in the bait well and not in the boat
