It’s interesting how Lover’s has to infest the target directly, manipulating the nervous system of the target to share damage. If it were a recent stand, it would probably be metaphysical in nature; just directly dealing harm from the user to the target. Kinda like Highway to Hell.

One of my favorite moments ever in Jojo. I loved seeing Steely Dan get absolutely destroyed after everything he did to my man Jotaro.

Steely Dan also tried to hold a little girl hostage so Jotaro wouldn’t attack, another reason why he’s a bastard. Imagine what would Giorno do if he were fighting Steely Dan since we know that he doesn’t like getting innocent people involved?

Honestly, Dan of Steel was a pretty sweet alt-name. Didn't mind that one.

I must say, I'm embarrassed by it but ever since I've seen how beautiful Steely Dan is in manga, he's on my wallpaper. I've got no reason to love this scum but he's my second favourite character in Stardust Crusaders, only after Polnareff and I was kinda glad he wasn't killed, just morbidly beat up. A Macguffin is something that motivates the plot but the macguffin itself is irrelevant or unimportant , its something that itself doesn't have any special traits. The Redstone of Aja has to be the redstone Aja. It can't be a cup or a ball. The mask wouldn't have turned Kars into the ultimate life form if he tried to put a bottle cap in it. A good example of a macguffin is the suitcase from pulp fiction.The suitcase could have been anything. The important thing is that the characters wanted it. Anyways its a minor thing. Great video!

imo cioccolatta has to be the most satisfying beatdown in jojo

I forgot he could use it to cause phantom pain in lost limbs. That's just evil. I didn't think he and his stand has so much inspiring them. Short Circuit, Inner Space, not to mention the obvious musical references. And perhaps the most satisfying beatdown in all of Jojo

I refuse to believe that Steely Dan survived that beatdown. If he really didn't die, he either is paralyzed from the neck down, or was put into a coma

Ahmad he's too far away, Dio purposefully kept out of SP's range in that scene, maybe when Dio was about to decapitate Jojo and Polnaref distracted him but since the world and star platinum ArE The SamE TYpE Of stANd the world would probably just catch SP trying to enter dio's head like how SP did when lovers tried Though that was because Jotaro was purposely looking for Lovers I think

If The World has the same level of precision as Star Platinum, then there is the possibility that The World would have caught Star Platinum trying to go into DIO's head. Besides it wouldn't make a fun final arc. If ear fighting were to become a norm, then Stand fighting and abilities would change I think.
