I got wickey smart castaway. Had to leave wood to dry for 2 days after delivery because of treatment. (They did advise to do this in an email before delivery). Lots of it looks mouldy. None of it is labelled up so took a few hours to sort through and label up. You're expected to sand down every cut edge of wood (ridiculous IMO). Tarpaulin cutting was a joke. So hard to measure out and draw the images freehand. Took about 3 hours just to draw and cut the tarpaulin and think i may have done it on the wrong side because there was nothing to indicate glossy or matt side up. So far im highly unimpressed. Will comment again when build is complete as havent even got to a point where I can start construction yet.

Is the first part square or rectangular?
Why are the cuts for the canvas not printed on. So easy to do on any large format printer. Making people plot this by hand is a massive waste of time. Why would you do this?

because they just don't care... This product is not about quality. Itś a quick and dirty thing for cheap price. But unfortunatelly safety for example is not among their preferences list neither
Buying this product was one of my biggest mistakes since my child was born. All woods (I am not kidding!) were rotten or moldy. Instructions are a piece of sh.t. The customer support is a band of marketingers, completely not willing to solve problems, just offering "oh we tried our best (which means almost nothing in fact), but unfortunatelly..." solutions.

@@_I_Am__ I will be curious about what you write. When I see correctly, the "wooden" parts are not made of solid wood, they are glued wooden chips. The whole thing has terrible quality and not safe for children.
