You're a hero for posting the files. I actually downloaded them and it was still on thingiverse and printed the whole bullet feeder, but I never ordered the motor. I actually ended up buying the exact same motor you have, which I thought was kind of funny since you have exactly the same amount and exactly the same orientation I ended up with. I'm glad you posted this, because I had absolutely no additional parts to finish it. I came to watch your video to understand what else I needed to order. Now that I have my bullet feeder functional itself, it seems all I need to do is get the DAA die, and the spring. Did you also use a coupler at the top against your bullet feeder?

Is there a specific main housing I should be printing? Looks like there a few different bowls. I just printed the first one I found in the folder. Are they specific to certain motors? Also what's needed other than the spring? Is everything else printed?

@@justinwolden399 the bowl is specific for the motor. Ex. 370 worm gear, daa, etc You will need a spring , and a bullet feeding die. I suggest the daa. Its expensive ($50) but works amazing and has ball detents, also I suggest a expander insert specifically for bullet feeders (if using a dillon powder hopper and die) if using leefound it to work just fine for pistol

The lee bullet feeder dies work great. Not sure with an auto bullet feeder but with the tubes similar to the mini mr bullet feeder set up. I just ordered the silver layer bullet and brass feeder. We’ll see how well they work but the pics and videos I could find the fit and finish look really good. $400 for the set with disks for 9 40 45 223 included. Veteran owned company that’s making them which is always a plus in my book

I made a "dual sensor" on a friends 3d printed bullet feeder. I ran two optical sensors, one at the low side of the tube and one at the top where the bullets drop down. There is like a threshold, When the tube is empty, it will fill up to the top, and stay off until the lowest part (6 bullets left in the tube) runs out, only than will the motor starts, and stops again when the tube is full. Than you wont need to hear that motor and bullets ratteling every time pulling the handle =) Everything is possible with a arduino =)

You say the switch is a 0.29N opperating force but you link to a Honeywell switch (V15H16-CZ100A03-K) which is 0.96N? (Arrow site states 0.29N but the part number in the datasheet says 0.96N) - So the quistion is what switch to get? perhaps 0.2-0.4N will do? or is your switch in the video 0.29N in which case I need 0.15N? Thank you :-)

Question about the flipper. If I pause your video at 5:57 it looks like you're just using the weight of a 9mm bullet to keep the flipper engaged on the collator plate instead of a spring. Is that true or do you also use a spring? Just curious. My only other question is about the mount. I downloaded your .zip file (thank you very much for that) and when I look at your 9mm setup, the mount looks different. The file "bf_v2_mount_hang_WH120" looks closest to what I see in the video, but it looks like it would make the feeder housing hang straight, not tilted back like the one you have. Is there another version that may not be in the zip file or am I just missing something obvious? Sorry for all of the questions, I'm just grateful to be able to make this, so thanks again.

Yeah it's crazy how fast. By hand I was getting about 6 min. This I time 4 sets of 100. Fast each time. From 5min20sec. Down to 4min. 36 sec. Still looking in each case and thats with 3 station 1 jams I cleared. I started a 100rd test at the end of this but of course the gremils came out. A press ALWAYS KNOWS when you time or record it for speed. My station 1 locater or case pusher one needs something idk. It was messing up every 15cases during the speed test. So I called it quits and sweet talked her for a moment lol

I just bought the load master it's ok but I want something better allready. I'm tossing a few ideas around. Buy a bullet and case feeder from karl. I load 9mm and 223. I have the hornady case activated powder measure which I like and paid 169 for the kit with pistol adapter just a week ago. I have the lee 9mm bullet feeder and the rcbs bullet feeder. The lee works great havnt tried the rcbs yet I got it on sale thinking I could use it in conjunction with a automatic bullet feeder. I think if I get the bullet and case feeders and something g to help with the way my brass feeds I would be satisfied with my load master. Second idea. I have 2200 dollars that I'm seriously considering blowing on a Dillon but havnt done alot of research to make me comfortable buying one idk which one to buy. I want bullet feeder and case feeder. Oh and I'm buying g the dillon case trimmer regardless of lee or dillon. I'm torn I no most people would say buy a dillon but I'm hoping to get this loadmaster pimped out and use the rest of the money for more components. If you have time to give me your opinion on both ideas I'd I'd appritiate it BIG time and if you say dillon, which one? I guess I'm worried about putting a bunch of money into the loadmaster and having to constantly fuck with it. But I dont want to buy a dillon and feel like the loadmaster would have been just fine for me. I make about 2000 rounds a month between the 2 calibers. I use my single stage for my 308, 306, oh and I also load 300 blkout just havnt tried it on the loadmaster but would love to especially with the dillon trimmer.

Hey Andrew, I know it's been nine months.... I was a little late to seeing your comment. What did you decide on? I have a Dillon 1050, a Dillon 550, and a Lee Classic Turret Press. For just one or two calibers, the Dillon 1050 can't be beat. But adding more calibers than that is just way too expensive for average guys like us. I do really like the 550. I have added a Lee Bullet Feeder (no collator, just the fingers that place the bullet and a drop tube) to it, and I have an Ammo Mike bullet feeder (like in this video) hooked up to it. It makes the 550 *much* faster to run, but now I'm really wanting to add a case feeder for it. If a guy wanted one press to do it all, I'd suggest either the Dillon 550 or their new 750. Whichever one you get, add a Dillon case feeder to it, and an Ammo Mike bullet feeder. This is a much more inexpensive option than a 1050, and caliber conversion kits for the 550 or 750 are SO much less expensive than the 1050. The really neat thing about a 550 or 750 with case feeder and bullet feeder add-ons is that you can reload *any* of your calibers at full progressive speeds. Before I bought the 550, I just used the 1050 for 9mm and 5.56, then used the Lee Classic Turret press for everything else. The 550 has been a game changer... we can now load *anything* we shoot at full progressive press speeds with the bullet feeder. It'll be even better once we get the case feeder.

They fight everyone. They are attempting to sue now. Awaiting letters of promising to close doors now. This isn't MBF this is ammo mike. I use DAA die because DAA die work good. But ammo mike designed this to use DIY electronics. (Notice my motor) its not DAA it's Worm gear from Amazon. The 3d printing community all helped mike. We have files for 8 different motors now. The "does the same thing" patent breaches they done over the last 10years are BS. And never stuck to anyone with $ and backing to fight. Now they are on this well the hopper style curve looks similar crap. Same thing with slidefire they sued and shut down any type of stock, trigger mechanic, etc. Anything allowing recoil to fire (legally because trigger reset) Was copying them. Even if it wasn't a stock at all
