    Ever since I only started doing three exercises for body part. My gains have been skyrocketing both physique and strength. Sure I got bigger pumps from more high volume workouts but it was like filling a balloon with air..eventually it’ll deflate. I’m actually building lean solid muscle and crazy strength. That advice changed everything

    On the face pulls, it would be beneficial for us to see your feet position as well. Because of the weight pulling you forward, i tend to lean back and always feel like it's not quite right. When i see it done on youtube it looks like people are standing straight almost but i can't replicate it.

    Try doing them seated at the row station on the cable machine where you have a place to put your feet. I've found it gives greater stability and less tension on your lower back.

    My delt training once a week. My favorite delt exercise are sear dumbbell press and upright row but I can change my delt exercise.

    @jonnishreve can you do a workout for strength/explosiveness and hypertrophy in one exercise? For example, when doing the over head press, you do 2-3 second on the eccentric, then "explode" on the concentric.

    8:00 but when I do that my upper pec is pushing way more all of a sudden. Is there something wrong keeping the fist straight ? 11:30 this I don't understand, I stop because I can't lift the bar anymore not because of lactic acid

    How to help with activating delts? I have no mind muscle connection, I’ve tried everything, concentrated on my posture, tried all variations of raises and press (apart from incline). Heavy weights light weights. NOTHING

    Smith machine has a linear track of motion not good for your shoulders, do unilateral work instead

    Super sets just makes the workout quicker but you wont be able to train as hard because of fatigue. Better just do do nornmal sets to failiure with more rest between sets.
