Hi I must say I'm really impressed with how far you and your family have come since you found your son, now all you need to do is create a bathroom with a tum that is connected to a burner that heats up the water via you burning wood at the bottom that is connected to the water hose and to the bath tub then all your family can have baths first you fill up the bath to the top with cold water then you open the part that let's the water flow into the burner while the fire is burning in the bottom of the burner when the water is hot it will flow back into the tub at the top opening of the tub then you would have drainage at the bottom of the tub that could flow via a hose to whenever you don't mind the water from the tub going
