Just FYI. If you get your domain name with wix you will never be able to leave them. They over charged me so I left but now that the time I paid for the domain name is up I no longer have access to my email. They have locked my domain name and refuse to let me move it. I have lost everything attached to the email and they refuse to help me. You would be safer with ANYONE else.

i hv a qst plls...after i get publish my website .it will be valiable if you search ab it?

Once i click publish, will i be able to do changes on the page as i have edited half the details and its quite late in the night. there is no option to just save and come back. Anyway i will click publish and see tomorrow what changes i can do. Thanks for this video.

What’s the difference between site pages and store pages because I added site pages and only one shows up, the home page, not my projects page or gallery page.

there is a free version! that's what I used in this tutorial. but if you're trying to set up an online store where people can purchase things, that requires a premium plan. hope this helps!

Actually this did not work for me. When attempting to set up my website it did not offer me the option to list all my videos for my followers to see, etc. It simply did not have enough options for what I needed.

Other people can use the same templates, but chances are people are customizing their own fonts and colors enough that it doesn’t look the same!

Your tutorial was awesome! But for some reason, when I was editing the page things would reset close and not go to where I put it. Basically when I was editing my page was lagging. I’m not sure what to do about it because it would let me do certain things. And when I tried to make a logo it costed me a certain amount of money?

Ahhh that’s weird! The lagging may have to do with internet connection? Usually that’s what it is for me. That or my storage on my computer being a little too full. So sorry about that. Also, the logo maker may be only for the pro paid version though

No, unless you want to use those functions or the Wix will not let you make payments, but it will note you or notification you to recommend them

Hello and welcome!! I personally prefer apple, but that's because I have several Apple devices now that all sync seamlessly together. Microsoft makes great products too so you really can't go wrong with either!

How do you do the domain forwarding? I really don't want to use their domain as if I ever switch from them, I don't want to lose everything.

If you link your custom domain (with a paid plan), you can switch a custom domain from site to site easily. If you want to use the free plan but still use your custom domain, you can set up forwarding so when people type your custom URL, it re-directs to the Wix URL. The tricky part if you ever switch from them will be transfering the contents of your website to another site builder. but im pretty sure it's possible, I just don't know how! I'll look into that!
