Top 3 Shop Safety tips I learned from this video: 1: wear flip flops -after awhile your toes become completely immune to hot metal from the welder. 2: when grinding metal be sure to cover your nose and mouth so as not to spread COVID while shit's flying into your eyeballs. 3: Keep a good selection of parts, cables, tools and materials on the floor near your work area. Never know when that thing you just tripped over might be useful.

With easier access, adjustable sliding seat and handle bar positioning, a larger battery, enclosed electronics, maybe some form of light weight mudguards, and a parcel cage for shopping. So many disabled individuals around the world have very limited access to off pavement environments. Congratulations on this wonderful and promising construction. 👌

Not trying to hate on his work. But for one, He could have used the bike's original front forks since they already had the right shape, and mounting spots for the brakes. And the bicycle's rear disk brakes would have been fine to use as well. Many of the parts could have been used from the donor bikes. Still, good job none the less.

@@ooops372 You misunderstand. He could use the front FORKS and still keep the low profile. The front forks already had places for the front brakes, and mounting hardware needed to install everything. Besides, the forks he fabricated aren't any smaller than the original forks. Plus, he could have used the front fork suspension instead of the BIGGER suspension and since there are 2 front forks, they would compensate for the weight of the frame. A bicycle, if built right, can hold 200+ lbs, which is more than a majority of the asian community's average weight.

It's pretty good! There is only one change I would make. I would move the handlebars back more so you can sit in the seat more comfortably. As bad as my back is, I would be limited to the amount of time I could ride it sitting forward like that, and it looks like too much fun to have to limit the fun. Nice job! 👍😎

Nice work and a lot to improve. 1. Mud guard is important on the wheels 2. An alternator or solar charger to keep the battery fully charged as you go. 3. Use steering wheel instead of handles. 4. Bring the steering wheel closer to the seat for comfort while driving. 5. Roll bar is essential in case of accident. 6. Seat belt also very handy. 7. Add two seats above the axle line of rear wheels or use that space as cargo storage. 8. The flat bed should be welded on the top side rather than bottom side of the vehicle. 9. Breaks can either use hyralics or foot break is better. 10. Helmet or wind shield could do well Otherwise nice job very impressive.

Suspension? also if the front wheel hits a bump, the angle by which it is held 90 degree looks weak, and I like someone mentioned solar, that would be good if it had a huge solar roof that acted as shade and protection from rain, angled toward the front so it doesn't get peeled away by wind, and you forgot taillight, in the dark he had no taillight or brake lights, might as well make it based on the Model A why can't we have a model A look alike simple and cheap electric car ⚡

I like how you show that the small details in fit-mint can all be figured out at build time. Not for the faint of heart or have not built things before however. But this is the creative process at work with the right skill sets at hand. Cool Why not a structure that bolts the two bikes together that has one or two seats in center box frame? The bike frames may need to be built special, not sure if the bike frames can be reused effectively.

Brilliant but would have used rear section for Load bin area to have a micro Pick up . There is sufficient space to slightly relocate Motor and Inverter to below the seating space and put additional motor and Battery pack to make it even more Powerful and faster with more space for Load bin at rear. Ps. Noted there were no Tail lights at rear end at night time driving.

Excellent skills. Might I suggest you lower the seat a little, and build a frame for a windshield and top. Also, you should build a rear cargo bed and box for hauling necessities like the one on the Honda cargo trike. Then add some tail/brake lights on the rear. With the cargo bed, you could add some fenders to cover the rear wheels. And while you're at it, craft some brackets and mount fenders on the front wheels. I really enjoyed watching you build this, and it looks like it would be lots of fun to drive.
