You need to use refractory mortar and add insulation to the floor and walls. Also instead of using Portland cement to form your floor you needed to use refractory castable. This oven will creak after a strong fire.

Я бы ещё снаружи сделал штукатурную сетку и у утеплитель и обмазал глиной и стянул обожженой проволокой чтобы его от температуры не разорвало
