Budgie parrot likes to play with ring-neck parrot
Budgerigar parrots are cute and naughty parrots. They always like to play and run around. My budgie parrot is very naughty he eats the small pieces of food that are fallen when my green ringneck parrot is eating food. He wants to play with ringneck parrot but sometimes rings neck parrot is annoyed and start to shout at him.

The green parrot is a indian ringneck parrot and yes.. it looks like he/she has clipped his wings pretty short..''..since too keep him from flying away.. or..they have somthing up with his wings..
