Hey Janelle ...gang gang gannnggggg 😎 .. mine was wierd at first too.. I dont know if u tried this but hit Control and the letter P button ( Ctrl +P at the same time) and see if your print screen comes up.. hope it works.. that's what zi had to do .. thanks just keep on tracking lol 😆
