I stopped using budget billing because I felt like in the summer I wasn’t using as much air but being charge a lot more than used. Maybe if you try stopping for a year just to compare your bills for within the last year and see what happens. Just an idea.

I didn't use it the 1st year or 2 here... i beleive it actually balances out but ill know more when it get to winter want to see if it goes down .. of not then ill probably grmer off it.
