Ordered a new vinyl floor from rockauto for the 2nd gen and also figured since i have to remove everything might as well put down a cheap soundproofing before installing everything for good.

What is the chrome heat thing name and the next layer you put?
so I'm curious, If you are building up to make the interior to make it look show quality then Why vinyl instead of carpe? I've watch most of your vids at this point. thanks

I'm saying show quality as in most these trucks dump 15k in to suspension and nothing interior I'm really just going for a OEM look but I went vinyl cause easy to clean. I have a son and go to the woods alot I wants 4th gen vinyl seats also but over priced
Any footage of fitting that vinyl in? I assume it took some timming

First you warm up the vinyl then form it to the contours then when the vinyl cools it stays fit.

That's weird it didnt do that before I made it public I'll have to see if I can edit it from youtube I had to wipe my pc and lost all my videos so I can reupload it. But I'll try and fix it but the video does come back later
