​@@UrbanSurvivorThankyou for my brand new NVG30 it's clear, you can make out people a long ways away, animals too. I have mine set to 40hz, and I love color night vision. Everyone I let look though it is impressed, and they want to keep looking.

Its a shame I can't trade in my NVG10 for the NVG30 I jumped on the Digital NV train about two weeks to early, or I would of went with the NVG30

The money spent on all three could be used to get a much better digital nv unit like the Sionyx Opsin.

The biggest problem with the digital night vision is the 16:9 aspect ratio. I have a bino NVG30'S but flipped 90 degrees. I am very pleased. If you want to mount these and walk around it is the best way IMO.

Somebody sold a mount that did the same thing but it was with the NVG-10. Where did you get such a mount?

I have the prowl. It's pretty good. Would buy again. So much so I might set up the binos

There's an upgrade to the NVG10 called the CY10 on route to me for testing but I don't know how it will compare to the NVG10 or the NVG30. It's kind funny looking but will be cool to see what it can do - kzread.info/dash/bejne/o5Z7mrpvhc7Xnqg.htmlsi=EwfPs8qZ6NLdvPD_&t=485

It would be an incredible value if the NVG30 could incorporate a 4:3 TFT display like the Prowl. Hopefully, they will consider an upgrade or release a new model with this feature.

Any plans in the mix for a g24 compatible j arm for the 30? I see there’s a bino bridge, but not a single…

You can remove one of the arms on the bino bridge and run a single NVG30. That's the best solution that I am aware of for those looking for a more robust mounting solution than what comes in the box with the NVG30.

@@sentineloffreedomyou can buy 3d printed as cheep as $100 and find file online and print it yourself. I bought Ender 3s 3D printer used on Facebook to print a part. Part was $150 and printed was $100. I ask seller if he can practice to print this part to teach me. He find the file and bring the printer to my home we set it up and 6 hours later. I had my part. 8 months later, now I print a lot of cool things
