If you're looking to get one for yourself, do check out my link in the description. EDIT: FanTech updated their software to v1.2 200603 and now the issue of the mouse profiles don't assigning on reboot has been resolved. I've been told that the mouse feet resistant is due to a VERY well hidden plastic cover over the feet of the mouse, and turns out that it's TRUE! The mouse is now extremely smooth on a mouse pad, thanks to kendra smith for pointing it out!

Nice content, and Thanks for the review, there will be an update in future for the software, and yes, you need to remove the plastic on the feet for a better movement. For another budget mouse, you can review Fantech Crypto VX7 , it s positioning lower than Thor II X16, because of non RGB, and Fantech Blake X17 which are higher level than Thor II X16.

the mouse was rough because u have not removed the plastic on the mouse skates when u remove it. It will be super smooth

Great 👍 video! Ya I agree nowadays Logitech mouse QC not as good. The only lasting Logitech mouse I have used so far is the 502, the 603 and 702 wireless all spoiled within 2 years. It's a bit on the heavy side at 110 if you want twitch shooter mouse, maybe look at a honeycomb mouse?

If I'm not mistaken, since the IPS is only 48 that means some flicks in game like CSGO would glitch out right?

how does it do comparing to logitech g102? The price difference is around rm20

The mouse has been great, it's my current daily driver at the moment. I think they saw my video, because not long after I posted it, they released a new driver that fixed it.

The problem with this mouse is the Forward button and Back button it's very big and by any chance you can actually press both of them when shooting that causes you to stop shooting I hope they will lessen the button size.

Interesting, my fingers are usually much lower than the buttons, I never encountered an issue like that with my grip.

Pixart (and Avago) sensors are higher quality sensors that are better for gaming. They usually have better tracking, better acceleration (or lack thereof) and suffer much less (if none at all) tracking losses that can happen when flicking the mouse too quickly.

In that scene it's off, but you can also turn off the lighting by holding down the DPI button.

Unlike x16, I think the x9 comes with onboard memory on rgb setting. But x9 lacs the sensor of x16

@@TechRodent one more thing....if you want the mouse to be 22grams lighter, you can remove the weight inside it, fyi: there are 2 screws under the bottom mouse feet

X16, uses pixart sensor and 1000hz pol rate

it is equivalent to 20dolars in my country. waste of money for this kinda mouse.

@@TechRodent ahh can u try? Its ok if ur busy doing some stuff but if u can, try moving the mouse as fast as possible from one side of the screen to the other in the lowest dpi setting
