I love the brown colored wig! That is so close to my hair color well what it used to be before I started going a little gray, and my hair used to be so thick that I would have to layer it so the style even reminds me of what I would do to my hair. I think I'm definitely going to have to look into this one. I have enough wigs I could start my own store but I might have to add a human hair wig to my collection lol. This looks really nice and well made thank you for showing it to us!

Yes, there is definitely a difference... that is one of the challenges of human hair wigs... they are individually made and cut, and so it is very difficult to find two that are exactly alike... PLUS the hair came from different donors and so the hair itself isn't going to be identical. I found the layers in the brunette one to be a little too extreme for me, so I trimmed up the longest layer and now I love it! I did that AFTER this video, though, so what you see here is exactly how it came to me.

Hi Denise, these wigs look very nice. It’s great that they dry so nicely. I think they could be worn without a lot of styling. The brunette color is so pretty. Of course, I like the blonde as well. Where can you find smaller size wigs for small heads?

I’d love to see this wig curled. How does it hold up?

Since they are human hair can they be highlighted? I checked their site but there are no rooted or highlighted colors.

Hi! I just pulled out a wig in that Estetica color and compared them and, unfortunately, it really isn't all that close to that color. The Emma Hairpiece wig is quite a bit lighter than R6/28F and the auburn/coppery highlights in the Estetica piece are much more bold than the overall color of the Emma Hairpiece wig which is sort of like a light auburn brunette. Thank u I would really apprieciate the side by side , just go get an idea of how much lighter it is. Even if it has a touch of auburn would satisfy. It’s just so hard to find wigs with the red or auburn that I like. Also if I can ask would the color compare at all to Estetica 30/28/26, I believe that’s another light color . Denise, thank you for this great review. I did message the company with my measurements to see if it would fit me as I am a petite-ultra petite and they were very responsive. I was wondering have you worn either of these pieces a good bit to be able to say how they will hold up? I have worn the brunette one a ton, like 60 times or more! I wore it constantly this past winter. It still feels like the day I got it, the hair is definitely premium quality. I actually just started wearing the blonde one last week... I only wear blondes in the summer and never without a root, but I thought I'd give it a try and see how it goes. I still think I should sent it out to have a root added, but I'll wait a bit. These are definitely excellent pieces!

Gosh, I don't remember. Didn't seem to take long, but keep in mind that the Chinese new year starts on 1/18 and goes until 1/28 and they do not work at all during that time (wouldn't that be nice to have here??).

A few people asked this question on my Instagram page and Emma Hairpiece responded saying that they could make one with a smaller cap and to message them... you could email them and ask! Their email address is on their website (I think it is emmahairpiece@gmail.com but I'm not positive). They really seem to want to try to accommodate people with special requests.

Can you tell me if there is any smell with these wigs? I have purchased lower budget human hair wigs before (not this vendor) that had a terrible smell that I could not remove.

For some people it helps the wig to fit more securely and closer to their head.... but then again there are some people who cut the ear tabs out completely. It really is personal preference and depends on your head shape and how well the wig fits you.

They have lots of different wigs... I know that they also have a 10 inch in this style, but I am unsure how long that would be.

Cant stand synthetic wigs to shiny & always to much hair & uncomfortable. Sold wigs yrs ago in my salon. Human hair best. You’ve explained very well ❤❤👍

I'm not sure what you mean? The Emma by Envy is a completely different wig than then ones I reviewed here... these are by a company named Emma Hair Piece, but the Envy wig is named Emma... you will often see wigs by completely different retailers with the same name even though and are totally different wigs... in this case these are not named Emma, that is the name of the retailer.

I'm not sure because it depends on where you live, and what their stock is like when you place an order. Their Chinese New year starts on 1/18 and goes until 1/28 and they don't work at all during that time, so nothing will be shipped for that 10 days (I just found this out yesterday).

@Mary Ross the answer to this question is really very subjective. Whether something is worth the money to me may not be true for you. To me these are most definitely worth the money for someone who wears the same wig everyday as synthetic wigs will wear out much more quickly than human hair and will need to be replaced much more often. We pay nearly this much for many of the higher end synthetic wigs that won't last even 1/4 as long as these (my rule of thumb is that you will need to buy 4-5 synthetic wigs for every one human hair wig due to the typical life span of each (and even more synthetic wigs if they are the cheap budget kind). The hair is EXACTLY like my bio hair used to be, except not as fine and thin. It is 100% human hair and it looks, feels, and acts exactly like it. There are only two reasons I could fathom spending this much on a synthetic wig... one would be if that wig had a very curly style (like Ellen Wille Girl Mono) because curls like that are very hard to achieve with human hair and they don't last long and the second is if I wanted a very red color or very light blonde which is hard to get with a human hair wig without doing damage to the hair and shortening the life of it. Now... that said... I still love synthetic wigs for the variety they bring, but given their relatively short life compared to human hair, for someone who wears the same wig daily or almost daily, this wig will save you lots of money in the end. But for someone who changes their wig FREQUENTLY and rotates through lots of styles then this might not be worth it since that person doesn't really wear their wigs out very quickly. Long winded answer but it really all depends on what is most important to you in your wig choices.

Thanks Denise. I did contact Emma's wigs as far as a wig for me. When I was searching for wigs I got myself in a bit of a bind. I didn't realize but I had ordered 3 wigs from China. Hated all of them and then the shock came when I had to make them back to China. I will never do that again , so you can only imagine that I am afraid to try one. What if I don't like it. They said 8 inch is the shortest they make and they don't make a bob style like I want. I would need to purchase the wig you reviewed and have alot cut off in.back and sides to make it look like I want. I am still considering it. I ordered a human hair wig from Name Brand Wigs and am waiting for the arrival of that one. I wore hair toppers for a number of years and they all came from China and I was very satisfied with them, until more hair was falling out. Thanks for your info and if you hear anything more on the company I would appreciate a heads up.

Hi! I am not familiar with them at all.... I did look at their web site and it looks like they are using pictures taken from the internet on their home page. A lot of foreign vendors do that, which makes it hard to know if they are trustworthy or not.

I tried contacting this company via email because I had a question three days ago, and I still have not gotten a response. Sorry but that does not set well with me. Again, reputable company it seems would respond in a timely manner

Did you follow up at all? I definitely understand but things do happen... plus they are across the world from the US (assuming you are in the USA) so the time and day difference may have impacted it. Yes! This is human hair so you can color it, heat style it, anything you can do to your bio hair.

That can happen sometimes if a wig fits you a bit tight like this one does... I just took a pinking shears to it to scallop that lace a bit and that fixed it.

The cut on this looks terrible. I notice ths about most of the ones from Emma. What can you do about it? Can it be cut by a stylist? I'm not terrible talented with styling my hair when I had it but this doesn't look good as it came.

Do you realize how expensive human hair wigs of this quality are? We are taking $2000+... so yes, in the world of quality human hair wigs this one is definitely budget friendly.... comparatively. If someone doesn't want to spend that kind of money on a wig then there are TRULY budget friendly synthetic wigs for around $50 or so... but they will be no where near the quality and won't last even 1/4 as long. For women with hair loss who have to wear a wig every single day then finding something that looks realistic and will last is important which is why this was such a find.

I bought 2 human hair European long hair wigs and 2 Yakka wigs made in Israel on the internet some 10 years ago. Magnificent hair mid brown so thick its like a wooly mammoth. Each cost me $50 New Never worn. Nobody in the real world has $2000plus for a wig...only rich people...not normal everyday people trying to put food on the table. You aeem to get the wigs free..so you arnt paying for them..lucky you

@@johnmac3931 Luck has nothing to do with it... I buy many of the wigs I review, and also get some sent to me for review. I put in a minimum of 25 hours a week between reviews, learning how to do different things with wigs, making videos, and answering hundreds of comments and questions each week. I do phone and video consultations for FREE (some people graciously donate a little money for my time but not all and I do not require it). For the first year and a half I was sent nothing for free and spent thousands of my own money trying wigs and learning about them. For the next year I would occasionally get sent a free wig, but no more than 2 a month. I would not consider a wig that I am gifted FREE when you consider the number of hours I spend supporting this community. I understand that not everyone finds value in a person's time, but it is valuable and worth something.
