@DineroDreamss I appreciated the vid it set me on the right track. Thought I would pass a long some info that might be useful to you. Made by Freelance is a +9 mag ext made for Canik TP9SFX clip but will fit the 12 round clip = 21 round clip BUT even better take the 18 round clip from regular TP9 which fits the sub compact add the +9 mag ext and take the 3D printed mag sleeve doing the same Dremel modification you did put it on = 27 round clip that sits flush. I also air brushed the +9 mag ext black with Cerakote paint because its a dark grey, and so it looks straight now. I have the TP9 Elite SC blacked out model now its all uniform black. Ive debated on grabbing a red dot optics as of right now I have a blue laser and the tru glo sights from what I originally added from jump street for better aim. Maybe this info helps you out but then again you may already know this. Im out.....

Im finna get the tp9 sf and looked up videos. Came across this one and thanks for the info on the mags.

Get 2 or 3 canik 20 round magazines and then get Taylor freelance plus 9 mags and basically have 29 shots. Thats what I have running for my sc canik and my mete mc9

Do you still recommend the 3d printed optics plate? How much weight loss are we talking? Dev BloodyWheels wont respond to my question about that. Its a 25oz gun which is getting on the heavy side for carry.

Yea and it’s still in great condition. I haven’t taken the 3D plate off since purchasing.. I haven’t did a weight check but honestly g ,if anything it’s not going to add weight so it’s a W in my eyes..

I agree but don’t need a trigger at all just a waste of money I tested my trigger 3.4 lbs outta box that’s all you need if ur conceal carrying under 3 lbs is a liability and get your self talon grip and maybe a Shield Sms or swamp fox red dot

Only use Canik mags. I bought some Promags for my TP9SFx. Disgusting garbage I refused to put in a pistol I tricked out for open competition. Get the Canik mags and put the Taylor Freelance mag extensions and the mags will run flawlessly.

Canik dont sell magazines. Well they supposedly do but they dont understand that to sell a product 1st you have to have them in stock and available to sell. Theyre never available. Garbage company.

Took me 5 seconds to click the link, check 12 and 15 rd capacity mags and read the same redundant message "subscribe to back in stock notifications"- insert email here__________. Its been that way since i bought this F-ing gun 10 mths ago, and they never reply to those back in stock emails. Does that sound like someone that NEVER PICKED ONE UP??? Hey bro. Good vid but those Caine arms mag extensions are garbage. I have had them for my M&P and canik elite. 2 of the 3 have broke off my mags. One drop to the ground and they exploded off. Stay away from now on. Or don’t. Do you. Just my experience

Im glad you own a handgun, but as an instructor, stop putting cheap parts on your gun. Spend that money on canik factory mag and call it a day. All that 3D printing bs is going to mess you up when you don’t want it to.. keep your mags as factory as possible and if you going to add a plus anything make sure is from a reputable company. Don’t even do a giveaway with those 3D printing bs. You already save $ on the gun stop cutting corners on the mags. Mags don’t work gun don’t work. I’m really happy you have a light on your canik.

Leave triggers alone on EDCs. Run factory mags. If you have to alter a magazine, don't use it for self-defense carry option

Canik are not budget guns ... everything else is way over priced..a Glock is not worth 600$

@@KsooTheKZreadr I didn’t need to do none of that.. that’s not where my problem reside… it’s still a no for me … I dropped the pro mag and it bent to the point all my rounds popped out… pro mag customer service sucks let along the gun store I bought it from… my problem was a drop failure.. if a mag can’t be dropped and still function it’s a no go…

Not sure but now that I’m thinking about it , I’d try the Glock 17 hogue grip on the SFX ..

Keep all of your mags loaded, empty mags are like Dead Power Tool Batteries, Useless when you need them.

A full size canik is 200-$300 more. The grip extension here is only $8. And the shorter barrel weighs less. Makes sense to me.

He can always just switch out the mag back to the 12 round and its back to being compact.. you can't do that with a full size
