Budget 2024: Modi Govt Says Agriculture Sector Set For Inclusive Growth & Balanced Productivity
India's Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Interim Budget 2024 in the Parliament. Under the "PM Kisan Samman Nidhi" scheme, the government has announced further assistance to 11.8 crore farmers. The government also said MSP for produce of "Annadata" are periodically increased and the government has been making provisions to enhance real income in rural areas.
