Not wrong but having worked in a way smaller bakery myself getting the 14 different flavour combinations right would have been the biggest priority.. I'd keep everything else simple for that reason alone, but also if you look at the couples and the wedding it's all very basic and traditional so he hit it spot on aesthetic wise
