It is the right thing to do. If those ladies didn't call this in I would have. That poor pelican dragged out of the water limping and just sat down. The tide was going out so it didn't bother him.

I LOVE the new Intro and awesome finds...so so happy the pelican received help! Always fun to find a lil coinspill + groovy Buddah ring~Happy Easter weekend!!!

Thank you Bill. It got windy as the day progressed, always does. The pelican was limping as it came out of the water so pretty sure they were able to help him! I have met some really nice people through KZread (you included) and Sinisha in Bosnia is a fellow detectorist. Really nice of him to create that intro for me! Have a great new week!

Nice finds, I went for a bit today, 3 quarters, 3 dimes, 6 pennies and a key. Hope the pelican is ok, one of my favorite birds. Happy Easter.

Thank you Kevin! Yes, absolutely digging everything around those sinkers and quarters. The 14K yellowfin tuna pendant (from Feb) was hiding with the sinkers!

Nice hunt you had..always good to find a Silver ring..I was hoping for a ring this weekend..oh well, can't get one every time out lol..have you thought about getting a long handled scoop? They save so much time & don't have to bend over all the time

Thank you I appreciate it! There are some crusties that just won't clean up so file 13 for those. All others I just put in circulation or roll them up and take them to the bank. Have not had any issues with them yet. Happy Hunting!

I tried two parks and only found a quarter, but that was my first time out and I'm still learning my detector. Its 23 degrees here in Wisconsin so its a little hard digging :) . The screwdriver you found is made for a drill that why its so short.

That thing with the wire catch is a rope cinching device , could use it to tighten a rope on tent or beach umbrella / $6 to 8 dollars each . The ring might be a Buddha engagement ring check the stone :)

What detector do you like best. I have a Garrett 400 but I sure like the display on yours. It is nice and clear. I should maybe have waited and checked the detectors more. Maybe I I’ll be able to go to a beach this year and it might be easier to walk.....Christie

An intro of some type is a good thing IMO. How long did it take you to finalize it? It is 30 seconds; do you think it is too long? I mention this only because I have seen comments on other channels after they added an intro and hope you don't get those same trolls.

A detectorist friend from Bosnia (SDESIC) made this intro for me and I really like it (as I mentioned in my video)). I wanted 30 seconds or less as I personally hate longer ones (up to 1 minute or more). So, an intro on a channel invites trolls? What am I to expect? I guess I haven't been exposed to the dark side of KZread...

I don't know if those people were subscribers who were upset with the long intro or people new to their channel, but I call anyone leaving non-productive comments filled with vitriol a troll. Maybe you will not experience these...

Thank you Kate! Yes, that pendant was pretty, I cleaned it up and it is nice and shiny now, I just wish all the sparkly stones were there. That silver ring was a pretty cool surprise for me as I always assume it is a junk ring and get really excited when I find out it is silver!
