The old nearby elisabeth bridge should also be rebuild in its former glory. It would fit with the reconstructed palace in the future.

Yes and no. Its type was the first of its kind or something along those lines so its an engineering marvel for when it was built. Maybe and exterior renovation?
There are several European cities that should apply this, they had beautiful monuments that are worth rebuilding.

The inside of the palace will also be completely restored. Why? Because under communism the palace was shredded, i.e. divided into several parts. One part was occupied by a library, the other by some organisation. One old, badly damaged part of the building has already been restored, where St Stephen's Hall used to be.
