Love your reaction. another good one by him is A Different World.
Another good song from Bucky Covington that I would suggest would be "A Different World."
Bucky placed 8th in the 5th season of American Idol. Amazing how many good artists didn't win that show.
I love this song!!! I wish he was still singing.
The first time I heard it, I balled my eyes out. I have loved Bucky since Idol. There are several songs from his first album that are really good. He later did a song called "Drinking Side of Country" featuring Shooter Jennings and Kellie Pickler has a cameo in the music video, she was on Idol at the same time. Bucky also has a twin, Rocky who plays drums in Bucky's band.
I'd forgotten just how sad this song was and seeing it again, I was bawling. I'm a guy too and not afraid or ashamed to say when a song gets you like this, you can't help but to cry. Country music used to be full of soul and storytelling like this but they have lost that nowadays. Bucky Covington should've been a much bigger star and if he'd have come along 10 or 20 years earlier he definitely would have been. Awesome reactions!
Dammit this has me in tears. Sad tears, happy tears. All the tears. Your reactions are so amazing and I love the emotion you show in them. Thank you for doing this!

This song always hits me hard because from age 10-13 I was in a wheelchair, I kept telling them "I'll walk again"

Listen to Gabby Barrett, from American Idol, "I Hope" and "The Good Ones". In The Good Ones at the end that's her husband Cade Foehner, who she meet on Idol. Cade is a great singer too, he just hasn't got as much recognition as she has yet. Check out his video too, Gabby's in it too, "Baby Let's Do This"
Thank you for covering this song. It has always been one of my favorites, but wasn't a huge popular song, so it is nice to see it getting some love.

Agree 100% brother.
I just found you when looking for reactions to Concrete Angel , Its so nice to see someone react and cry as much as I do! Man I'm a sap. I get so emotionally invested in songs & music, movies, whatever. I always put myself into it and feel the emotion. Being a true empath and really feeling all those emotions can be so draining but also rewarding because we can understand what others are feeling and be of service and a great help to others. Never pass up an opportunity to help someone else. We never know when we will need anothers help and empathetic ear. P.S. is that Steve Austin in the background? Love him lol, I need his pic in front of my exercise machine, maybe Id use it then hahaha!
There is actually a music video for this one
This is a great song! I'm the same way, you're talking about empathy. Another song of his to react to is "I Want My Life Back".
Love the reaction and this song always gets me. I walked home in the dark after a fight with a boyfriend at 15 😆
Empathy are more common than you would think. I break down every time I hear this song.
@birdman's place if you haven't done a blind reaction on Luke Bryan's song "The car in front of me " please do!!! I ran across it by mistake never heard it played on the radio.
My cousin wrote this song, I swear to God that I ain't lying, my cousin Brent also wrote another song I am going to braid my hair by randy Owens it is about a girl with cancer

EMPATH...YES..that's it..lol. I couldn't think of the word. Thank you, brother.
This means a lot to me for reasons that I am dealing with now. I know you remember what happened a couple months ago. I recovered physically a lot faster than expected seeing as I can walk just fine now most days (I still need my walking stick some days, but not every day). My new phrase now is "Don't worry, I'll talk."

Not sure if you have already but a song close to this is The impossible by Joe Nichols. It wasn't for years but I was in a wheelchair for a couple months trying to learn again to walk after being hit by a motorcycle in 1999. If or Elizabeth leaves the house or when we hang up we always say I love you cause we both know that anything could happen and I make sure we tell our older sister we love her too.

Please react to Without a Kiss by Aaron Tippin
Hey Birdman, Can You React To I'll Wait For You By Joe Nichols.
I’ve been enjoying your reviews after I stumbled on Craig Morgan’s The Father, My Son and the Holy Ghost. Your honesty and understanding about the depth of these hard-hitting songs is touching. After reviewing so many emotional videos, I thought you might enjoy seeing something a little more fast-paced with an in-your-face attitude. I know you’ve reviewed one of their songs, but are you familiar with this one? The picking is amazing! Hillbilly Shoes by Montgomery Gentry: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k61tydaIqsanZ9Y.html. This isn’t a request for a review. It’s just something to lighten the mood after seeing you watch all those heart-rending songs. 🙂

Birdman's Place back atcha. You’re really entertaining, and I love to hear your words of wisdom. Lessons learned. I’d be glad to throw around some humorous ones if you ever feel the need to lighten up. Sad songs reel me in, but surprisingly, there’s a LOT of humor in country music. Fair warning, though...it might include a bit of twang; but sometimes that just goes with the territory. 😆
Remember he is only 18 in the song still in high school. If I was the girls dad he wouldn’t have been allowed in the hospital
Does that dude write any of his own music?
