On our bucket list has been scuba diving the Socorro Islands in Mexico. We booked our trip on the Nautilus, Belle Amie by the recommendation from our friends. It was a trip of a lifetime! Giant Pacific Mantas gracefully circled around us like silent 747s. They are such gentle giants, and are a wonder to observe as they glide on by. The Galapagos, Silver Tip and White Tip sharks are only interested in going about their business at the cleaning stations. They are beautiful to watch how they move through the water column with ease. There were playful Porpoise inviting us to play and show off their swimming skills.
The Nautilus Belle Amie, is a beautiful ship with comfortable accommodations. The food was excellent at every meal and the Divemasters were eager to help with equipment and watched for our safety. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and can be checked off our "Bucket List", but might be put back on to repeat!
