Hello! I use natural soy wax from Kerax for pillar candles.

Thank you so much Kate for this amazing step by step video.I ve been trying to make bubble candles for some time now but been having some problems.You see everything seems to look fine until it comes to demoulding as it is always cracked in the middle.Would you know the reason why it keeps happening by any chance ?Thank you so much

Hello, Victoria! There are can be many reasons why candles cracked in the middle: 1. Each wax has its own instructions. In my video I use soy wax for pillar candles from UK with pouring point 55-65C. Perhaps, you are pouring wax at the wrong temperature and maybe pouring wax too fast. 2. Perhaps, candle is not fully cooled down . I recommend waiting 8-10 hours before demoulding. 3. Perhaps, you are pouring incorrect amount of fragrance oil… If you are doing everything correctly, I advise you to change the wax and enjoy the process of candle making without problems 😁
