I own the bike but stock is horrible and the geometry is perfect for anything but daily and trail use. But as it comes with 26inch wheel it is better for dirt jumps or indoor tricks as that is what its for. But please do buy mountain bikes with 27.5inch wheels+.

The frame should take your weight for sure. Rims should be fine but then again it depends on the terrain you are riding on and your riding style.

Is it really worth for hardtrail,elevations and hard exercises for long distances,

If you are on a low budget, this should be fine. Also, wouldn't recommend for long distance as it's heavy. For exercise and basic climbing, this bike is fine.
