Maybe it's better for them. If they can't do anything about it all, then they also don't have to and can focus on themselves. It sucks that this is going on but you got to realize… there is an internal investigation within Big Hits/ Hybe and their companies under them. So we are probably going to see even more issues that hopefully only affect Hybe and not BTS. It's not normal for groups to be a success right away, that's why before BTS only groups from the big companies were a thing - they had the resources for being promoted. BigHit didn't because they didn't have the funds which is why when stans from big groups accused them the first time, the case was closed because there is no way a near bankruptcy company would have the means to pull such a scheme. And I'm pretty sure that the previous investigations from 2015 and 2017 proves that they didn't do anything wrong. Trying to come for BTS' gradual and organic growth is ridiculous because ARMYs have everything documented and it only takes a look at the timeline of their career to see that they've always been consistent and their numbers always matched their demand.

I do not agree with you. HYBE has and is still taking action but if u know about the legal thing, it will definately taking a while. They have appoint another legal team just to tacle on this issue. Im not sure whether you knew how Hybe was created. HYBE was created through the blood, sweat and tears of the BTS members and BigHit. They are also the shareholders of HYBE so please do not spread hatred on HYBE as what exactly MHJ wants.

TBH, the sea element is way too vague. Blue fabric and a hint of pearls? As someone who is currently making a coat out of mermaid-like fabric I cannot call that anything other then lazy and uninspired. There are a shit ton of fabrics that evoke a sea-theme, I also got blue fabric that uses optical illusions to create an effect reminiscent of waves! There is nothing water-y about the cut of the dress or anything. When I first saw the dress, I was already thinking Jennie should also have at least worn a pearl necklace to compliment the one on her waistline and hearing its a sea theme makes me cringe.

The revoking cultural merit award for something that BTS didn’t even do or aware of is insane. Without BTS, Your faves wouldn’t have made it into west as someone who lives in America. How The Met treated Stray Kids is proof of that. The sold stadium tours after 2017, bringing in 3% of the Korean economy, consistent topping the charts, their albums sales, how they impacted kpop and finishing helping build the road to west that many others had started, performing at the Grammys/UN/Grand Central Terminal/Wembley, their love yourself and anti violence campaign, donating to many charities and organizations like the impaired school that one of the Big Oceans members went too to donating to BlM, and many more achievements and accomplishments is why BTS deserves that award. They have done more than any other kpop artist and even if you don’t like BTS or anti BTS or you think your faves are better, at least, be appreciative for what BTS has done for the kpop community and industry.

Stray Kids did in fact fit the theme, while also being true to the look of the Tommy Hilfiger brand. From the fabric, to the buttons and other details, to their outfit reveal. What? You thought that was just for fun? There was intention and purpose for everything. I actually thought she completely off topic but apparently there is a water element to „the garden of time“ but it still was a bit plain. Especially because her look last year was so lukewarm as well, I was hoping for a show stopper. I know Alaïa is a way bigger name but Miss SOHEE couture would’ve been a cool choice as the designer is Korean and specialises in sculptural and floral dresses. Men in general don’t have the best track record for met gala outfits and they have been invited by TH so there’s no much stray kids could have done in this situation but they had MV outfits more interesting than that look 😂 I would think Jenny had a bit more influence in what she wore as she said they were brainstorming about the look but as this was only her second appearance I assume she didn’t want to appear „diva like“ 💜

Looks like you need to do more research on the theme because this was on theme, subtle and executed beautifully. Read the short story of the garden of time by J.G Ballard which this theme is literally based on and see for yourself if it was on theme. Hint for you, the pearls on waist and the separation of the dress with that deep blue single fabric flowy dress.
