(or any other ship) when they literally just look at each other like please let them be friends, let them be close without sexualising them and making this about who you want them to kiss?? there's such a problem with sexualisation of same-sex relationships, like you know how many men get off on lesbians? I think many women (especially teen girls, sorry but it's true) also do that to gay men/ in this case imagine their idols in gay relationships for their own pleasure and that's so harmful to lgbtq+ people in general and to the people you do this to, like imagine you're friends with someone and people just start obsessing over you being in a relationship and drawing explicit pictures of you two, that would make me so uncomfortable and could possibly ruin the friendship (e. g. larry (harry and louis from 1D not sure idk them) they said all the shipping made them uncomfortable and messed up their friendship) obviously there's nothing wrong with thinking certain members would be cute together but please stop obsessing over it and pushing your own gross fantasies on them, that's really disturbing, just let them live in peace edit:sorry for the rant, I've just been thinking about this a lot I didn't realize it was this long lmao

Yes, I love Jimin’s style and he finds cute items in the women’s section. I wonder if it’s because of his small frame? I’m guessing some men’s small might be too big for him? and I thought I heard him say in a video clip that it’s hard to find an extra small in the men’s department. I would really appreciate it if someone could research it.

My son is a trans boy so the story about the trans boy coming out really hit home with me. Thankfully the relationship I have with my son is really good and he told me early on. I had his name legal changed to his chosen name last year as a Christmas gift (he’s still a minor so couldn’t do it himself yet) let me tell you it was an emotional moment for sure. I’ve always been a lgbtq 🏳️‍🌈 supporter and am so proud of him. I’ve always said he can be whoever he wants to be and not to let anyone make him feel like he can’t I think that’s one (of many) reasons why I love BTS so much 💜💜💜

@@loontan awww thank you ☺️ as my sons father isn’t quite as accepting (we are no longer together) I completely understand what you mean about every parent being as accepting. Honestly though what it comes down to for me is regardless of sex he’s my child and I love him no matter what, and that is how it should be for a parent. We should also be teaching our kids they can be anything they want to be too (and be prepared to follow it up even if it’s not what you would have chose for them). I have always supported lgbt + 🏳️‍🌈 even before my son and I do even more so now. I also happen to work for a company that is a massive supporter too and has allowed me to volunteer at pride/different events and I’ve helped a local lgbt youth group (that my son is a part of) that help kids especially those without accepting parents and let’s them know they are not alone. Sorry for the rambling but as you can probably tell I’m very passionate about it 💜💜

The way no one is talking about number 20.. thats literally so cool of j-hope to have learnt that and done his research too - I hadn't of heard of that style of dance until now, as someone who likes to educate myself and learn new things, which just makes me think that hoseok is really quite respectful and wants to educate himself too

i feel comfortable in this fandom as well as got7. it’s sad that lgbt is so taboo and looked down upon in south korea. we are making progress every day, people might not accept it but they’re getting used to it. i think yoongi is someone who is really open and has little to no filter when he talks about these controversial topics. namjoon too, but of course there’s an urge to be careful and cautious when speaking about same sex related things. in kpop, say something too straightforward, and people start making assumptions and shit. i do think the shipping has gotten out of hand. i realize it makes them uncomfortable. the only member to really get close to saying something was tae to a girl who was talking about vkook on weverse. and i feel that they’re tired of hearing this stuff but just have to look past it and not start discord. anyway that was my take lmao. i hope in the future they’re happy with whoever they decide to date/marry. or if they decide against it entirely, it’s up to them. let’s all wish them happiness regardless of their life choices. :)

This is such a strong and fierce thing . No human should be penalized or persecuted for loving another human. You can’t always choose who you love. Love is a wild untameable thing. Love happens. K pop culture as an entity is supporting emotional acuity and intelligence on a higher level. It makes me shake my head in amazement. The power of this is far reaching and speaks of qualifying a bigger, better and brighter future for everyone. Compassion. Empathy and respect for each other as fellow beings. Love. Honour. Respect for consent. Disqualifying different kinds of misogyny. Standing against hatred. These things represent a higher level of recognition and validation that we as people, regardless of gender , have needed for far too long. So yeah …k pop. Of all things. Sing about it, like you do. Show it in your uplifting friendships and support of each other, as you have. It is part of your art. Your dance. The thought and care you put in your lyrics. Your compassion , the thoughtfulness, the genuine respect and care for those hundreds of thousands of people who see your actions and listen to your words. I am watching this enormous , quiet ripple effect with fascination and great appreciation. I started crying when I read the story about the trans boy (#18) because I recently came out as bi to my siblings and my mom which they totally took it as a joke and it made me feel horrible. Except two of my sisters one is bi and one isn’t but they support me so much I couldn’t be more happier. My mother loves me but she thought I was joking playing a game so she doesn’t know. My dad is always talking down on lgbtq people and I always get mad so every time he starts talking I get distracted and leave. I will never tell him unless I come home with a girl. He has no right to separate us tho. :)

As an Asian person(🇹🇼), it’s somewhat hard to find people from the ethnicity to accept LGBTQ+ and it’s even more difficult because I’m bi 💖💜💙and I can’t come out to my parents without knowing that they could possibly take me to conversion therapy. I’m really happy that there are people like BTS to support the LGBTQ+ community because now people from Asia are slowly starting to be more accepting ( though quite slow pacing haha) of different sexualities and gender:)

It's not here, but there's a video of a fanboy yelling saranghe at Jungkook and Jin, and although Jungkook is wearing a mask, u can OBVIOUSLY tell he bunny smiling by the way his eyes close a bit and his cheeks puff out. He looked so damn happy:) And as a bisexual going to a religious private school, for me it's a fact That BTS was the only thing keeping my alive in 9th and 10th grade. I'm in 11th now and they own my heart💜💜💜

I was just reading all the comments and you know it really feels great coz as we all know and say that Armys are the biggest family like how everyone is supporting each other it really feels nice and not to mention our boys whatever their gender identity is and not only them each and every person has the right to love the one they want to my day just got a 100 times better glad that I clicked on this video thak you and I literally do not regret being an army and joining this fandom... fighting borahae 💜 💜💜💜💜

I'm bisexual and it's really really amazing to have celebrities showing love and support to the LGBTQ+ community. Army's we are blessed to have supportive kings like BTS.

I am so unbelievebly proud to be bisexual and whenever I see a singer or someone I support talking about this or holding a pride flag, I feel so accepted 🥰

I was lowkey blushing this entire vid- 🥺 I lied, I also cried it some parts lol-

it made me so happy to hear that they are accepting of people, regardless of their gender identity. As someone that recently realized that i'm non binary, i've been really scared of telling anyone around me, but it means so much to know that they wouldn't care what i identify with.

As an agender lesbian I just want to thank them so much. They made me love myself for who i am, they made me grow up in the most beautiful way without prejudices towards other people. An year ago I was totally different, i didn't accept myself so i didn't accept obviously others too. I just want to give them all the love they deserve because they're my family. Be who you are and don't let society change yourself
