thats why cognitive function is extremely important, you can be extroverted but still very much quieter and avoiding the crowd.

V said his MBTI is INFP. As a INFP myself I can explain. V's extroverted function just like mine is the letter "N", which means intuition. V comes up with different weird ideas and likes to mix them together, this is what people notice more about him because it is his extroverted function. But his function "F", which means interpreting informations through his values, is intoverted, so it's something people notice less about him, but it's his PREFERED function, what he does the most easily and what gives him energy. And it's introverted. V may be extroverted sometimes, but it's going to drain his energy if he's an introvert. We'd have to ask him. V is also T for turbulent, which means maybe he has anxiety which makes him more introverted, and lead him to think he's an I instead of a E. Him emphasizing that he's an I in the video is maybe a way to tell us he's actually introverted.

ENFP are not always happy and joyful. The (E) part means that they are outside thinkers. Meaning they will express their emissions without thinking. Also, ENFP are the most type that they get excited to talk deeply about personalities and try to understand them. Like in this video where he showed excitement to talk about the personality types. Most of the times ENFP get mixed with INFP a lot.

They like to gather different people’s opinion. They can be very depressed when they can’t find anyone to understand them b/c they visualize the aspects of life differently 🫶🏼

I commented before in the previous post. I don't believe he changed. I agree with you that he became an ambivert as a result of the pandemic and also maturing into a more grounded adult. He is an entertainer and his happy place is with friends and family. Yes, he enjoys solitary activities but thrives in sharing with others. In the soop 1 and 2 show his ENFP personality quite well. He is very creative (art, music, out the box thinking) and rejects the ordinary and looks to learn and experience new things. Why the change from Extrovert to Ambibert?I think that the intrusion on his privacy and the relentless pressure to stay on top and the mixtape are very draining. He definitely spent time self reflecting during the pandemic on what he needed to be happy since he was having a hard time ( according to his interview in Weverse magazine) He was exhausted and burned out. This might have made him value his personal time and privacy more. You can see he is NOW quiet, contained, reserved in most Run episodes and interviews. I still believe his source of happiness and comfort is his family (including BTS) and friends, they recharge him and make him feel safe.

I agree with you. I live with 2 ENFPs and they both had times where they go spend time alone and most of the time it is because they had a lot in their mind trying to figure things out or if they have a problem and are emotionally down.

The one thing I don't understand is why people think he changed from extrovert to ambivert. I thought it was commonly known that nobody is 100% extrovert/introvert. Tae definitely doesn't have that "quiteter" side only since Corona

He is really an INFP cuz as an INFP he really give the same vibe as me, INFP are one of the type who zone out the most, it's why they called Tae alien, also we often think outside the box, we love art and we are creative, we are good at expressing our feelings through poems or something else, and we are effortlessly the baby of our group. That's the vibe that an INFP give, and you can tell that Tae give the same vibe. 😌😌😌💜💜💜

I very much agree with what you say here. I agree abot the maturity thing making him feel less energetic, but also the pandemic, making him (and all of us) less optimistic, thus making him coose diferent answers on the test, perhaps not sincere ones, but ones influence by angst and depression. I am not diagnosing him, i'm just saying that we are all affected by this and them, especially, as persons who thrive in the spotlight. I also want to say that i very much enjoy your channel. INFPs are the most extroverted introverts; which is why they are often mistaken as extroverts. Yes V can be very outgoing, and something of a goofball, but that doesn't make him an extrovert. Taehyung, even at his most outgoing, gives off a very Introverted energy. And you can see when the outgoing "extroverted" V fades and his Introverted nature comes to the fore - you can visibly see the energy drain. Yes, he may be an ambivert. Or he may just be an introvert trying to make it in an extroverted world. Either way, e love him for who he is.

hi!!! i think your mistaking general dichotomy and basing the mbti test on the individual letters e,n,f,p themselves which isnt how the test works :)) its based off of cognitive functions, Tae's being Ne, Fi, Te and Si. I suggest you read more into that and then come to a conclusion! have a nice day :))

In my opinion, ISFJs and INFJs are the ones that appear the most extrovert among the introverts, with the ISFJ truly being a near extrovert, and the INFJ just having remarkable social skills. But still, Taehyung seems to be a true INFP in my eyes.

He is an INFP. He gives the same vibes as me. You can see it in the interviews the vlives. It’s interesting how I get attracted to my same kind of people.

Ahaha I'm an infp-t and I'm still a crazy ass who loves being a loud mouth and having fun, it might just be his inner thoughts not matching his outward appearance... But I don't know alot about this stuff, I personally think he's more an enfp tbh. But regardless lovess to V whatever personality he is! And of course awesome video!

It is a common mistake, but extroversion is different of being someone who loves attention. You can be an extrovert who is shy, just as you can be an introvert and enjoy attention as well. Extroversion means you feel more energetic around other people, you need the outside energy and have a harder time being alone. Introvert means that you need time for yourself, time to meditate, you feel tired after spending too much time with others, because your energy comes from your inner self.

i agree, I personally think he still is an ENFP but he has matured, sometimes he is controlling himself -he´s the same gofy and happy boy-, being a part to grow, to be an adult but i think your personality don´t change, he could be ambi could be influenced for all the press he had, pandemic situation that has affected all of us and maybe ¨influenced¨ by other members, since all of them grow up together. I think they should do a proper test with a psychologist expert in this subject.

All the members are saying there mbti type keeps changing well from what i know and have learnt mbti types don't change just because u got older/matured u develop on the same type u always were i remember taking a test 4-5 years back which told me i am an intp and it hasn't changed i have developed as an intp but my type hasn't changed also When i learnt abt the functions of mbti personality types and heard that tae was an infp i was like impossible he can't be an introvert he is very extroverted plus that site is useless i literally got mistyped as an infp which i really am not since i didn't relate to any signs so i looked for an accurate website and redid the test to come out as an INTP which i really relate to and i redid the test from the 16 personalities site then it said i was an intp i recommend tae to use a different website

16 personality site is designed to know if you are an introvert/extrovert, intuition/sensing, thinking/feeling, and percieving/judging. (just the four letters) The questions are so obvious that they are typing by letters. BUT BTS were typed in the company back then in 2017. They were tested by a psychologist and used the OMR MBTI test (a more legit one) the results were Suga and Jin are both INTPs, Jimin ENFJ J-hope ESFJ, Tae ENFP and RM and Jungkook typed changed...

@@infiresman6835 you should choose the right website because there are many websites there which provide false infomation. i have being and enfp for like now two years an it havent changed still and you have to answer real things of what you feel the real website is a truthful one i have been a member of it for an year and they give you articles and books which provides you to develop your personality.

Technically, the mbti does not change. Besides, the test is only an indicator and not 100% reliable. And mbti is not just about introvert and extrovert but about cognitive function. A person who has an introverted personality type will recharge their batteries by isolating themselves and spending time alone. It will be the opposite for a person with an extroverted type who prefers the company of others and finds solitude exhausting. But that does not mean that an introvert will be incapable of moments of extroversion.

In fact, INFPs have the reputation for being weird people. They are shy, but when they are in an environment where they are comfortable they will be very talkative, funny and a bit crazy in their own way. V can perfectly be INFP. But one more time the test may be wrong as it may have been wrong about being an ENFP. There is only V who can define his mbti by learning about the cognitive functions and the meaning of each letter.

Well INFP is the most "extrovert in introverts" so that's basically that "change" to ambivert. That's why I think it's actually not that wrong but yeah besides all of this, he's still the same. 💜 Only Tae really knows if he considers himself more in the introvert or in the extrovert side 😌

I really believe Tae is an ENFP, it just fits so good but I don't agree with the arguements in the video... Generally it's normal that we show traits of ALL types, our type is just the way we prefer to act/would act if no one was judging us. HOWEVER due to external and internal reasons that make us adapt to someting we might even think of ourselves as a different type because we're showimg another version of ourselves. Corona might be a reason for Tae acting differently but honestly, maturing and entering different stages of life can be too- we all don't know him and are just assuming if we're honest here- and also Tae has always had an introverted side to him, it hasn't only appeared after Corona. I am an INFP but I can identify with ENFP and INTP as well. This doesn't mean I've changed my type but they became part of my personality over the period of my life, which is what i believe to be true for every person. While some tend to stick more to one type and some tend to switch between different types more often.

INFP here and I'm sorry but INFPs have the ability to act extrovert when in crowd but that drains the shit out of them! It's legit a brain drain to act extroverted. Taehyung has changed and yes personalities do change. I was INFJ before.

Use 16personality site, if you are too young, like 15 below, don't use it because you can still develop as a human and it will really change. And if you ever answer the 16personality site, answer as truthful as possible.

I think it is possible to reduce people's way of understanding and judging tho. However i personally dont like mbti/16p tests because most of them are based on streotypes. But typing people by cognitive functions make really sense because you get to understand their way of thinking and it makes it easier to understand people. Ever since i learned about functions, i feel smarter emotionally.

It's due to the criteria that is being analyzed. Introversion vs extroversion Intuitive vs sensor Feeler vs thinker Judger vs perceived. That's how you end up with 16 possible combinations of those traits. For example, the big 5 personality test looks at 5 aspects of someone's personality.
