I just cried watching Epiphany again. It's a very personal song to me, because just like the lyrics I had loved someone else hiding all my pain. After finding BTS I realised that it's me who deserves to be loved. So I broke up with my boyfriend, and now I'm so happy, because I finally love myself. Also Jin is my favourite vocalist 💜...his voice can portray any type of emotion, especially sad and emotional 😭

My saying is: FIRE brought me to BTS but Epiphany made me stay. First, you should be in the stadium, when Jin sings Epiphany in concert. It's a surreal feeling. The whole stadium is one with the notion: if you don't know how to love yourself, then how can you love anyone else? Jin, just knocks this song out of the park.

Our eldest Jin is the power balladeer of the group. Awake and Abyss are also tear jerkers. I love his "Autumn Outside the Post Office" rendition, it has a beautiful melancholic harmonica instrumental playing, a beautiful little gem not a lot of reactors have seen, even some Armys 💜

Epiphany is what made me ARMY💜. When I heard the song & read the lyrics, it spoke to me as a wife, mother, daughter & employee who spends most days seeing to the needs of others, I put my needs at the bottom of the list because I felt guilty or selfish if I did something for my self. Hearing Jin say the words, “I’m the one I should love” helped me give permission to start doing things to take care of myself. At the end of the day, this helps me be better in all the roles that I perform each day. 💜

The entire stadium singing “I’m the one I should love” is something quite, quite, magical. 💜

Jin has been very notorious for his vocal acting, when he sings. He is very good at expressing things by singing, let alone the rest of his acting, since he studied this before

When my mom and I saw BTS at Citi Field, we were in literal tears when Jin performed Epiphany... The emotion he conveyed really gets you, it's so beautiful! 💜

Jin is the king of ballads. His voice is powerful yet gentle and sweet. Jin pours out so much emotion while singing, I still get goosebumps when watching a live performance of Epiphany. I love his voice very much and Epiphany is my most favourite Jin solo. This song has a very special place in my heart 💜.

I am sorry I don't know which platform you are in and what kind of ARMY you surround yourself with (yes, the type matters most in shaping your thinking regarding the fandom's opinion), but none in stan twt have been thinking this. Also, ARMYs are more than what now, 40 million in number, atleast? Really can't assume that everyone think he is the weak vocalist just becausr one toxic fan or anti fan is saying. Kim Seokjin and weak vocalist do not go in one sentence and I personally get offended with comments like this.

I think Jins vocals are so dam good! Every time the group sings and his part comes up I have to stay quiet because you never know what your going to get. The vocal line is chefs kiss, its just Jins voice hits different😌

When armys sang epiphany with jin that thing always gives me goosebumps and i feel so proud him i sometimes feel jin is underestimated by people he deserves a lot more because he works hard not only for his singing but dancing as well 💜💜💜✨

Jin has the most beautiful and emotional-packed solo songs. Tonight, Awake, Abyss, Epiphany, Moon, Yours... even his cover for Autumn in the post office. His songs never failed to make me cry. And then he made Super Tuna and discovered he’s good in Trot music too. Lol

Epiphany is a beautiful song. When I first heard this song, I didn't read the lyrics yet, but Jin's voice evokes so much emotion and for me, it goes straight to my soul. His voice is one of those that transcends language barriers because you just feel the song. And once you read the lyrics, it becomes even more beautiful and meaningful. Jin is an amazingly talented and beautiful person (inside and out) and Epiphany - there are no words to describe how much I love this song. As well as all of Jin's other solo songs.

You need to see epiphany perform live at their show in Brazil in 2019, from speak yourself tour in São Paulo! The crowd sings along! it's so magical!

One should hear the audience singing alongwith Jin while in concert. It's BEAUTIFUL. Also one of my personal solo favourites.

When it comes to vocal line, I like to think that jks voice has beauty, jimins is angelic, Vs is soulful, and jins is emotional. So when they're all together it's just a amazing 👏

I know his mom proudly says "that's my son" because that's how I feel when I see this performance 😂🔥

And to think that JIN such a fantastic singer didn't even sing before joining BTS. 👏👏👏💜💜💜

I'm in my mid 30s now but discovered BTS back in my 20s. They've really provided comfort during heavier times. I remember when I went to their concert in 2019, this song made me goose bumps (another one is ‘Tear’). Maybe because of the atmosphere, his energy, emotion, and his voice. No one around me talking during this perf except the chorus part.

Epiphany hits different 💜😭

This is my favorite Jin solo song. The way it speaks to you is just so powerful. Always get goosebumps watching the live performance. I believe you'll love to see Intro: Persona (RM), Interlude: Shadow (Suga) and Outro: Ego (J-hope), these are included in the Map of the Soul: 7 album which explores Carl Jung concept of psychology.

Very awesome! This is an album “intro” song, and the members take turns in order doing intros. Like Tae doing Singularity! The video is showing the bts alternative universe. Jin is key as he time travels, and shows him trying to save the others. When he loves himself though, he finds that even rain falling won’t phase him, he loves himself. This is legendary to catch in concert, and causes every Army to cry 😭!

One other thing I love about BTS MVs (Bangtan Universe content particularly) is that you could also interpret it as a stand alone MV and that everyone can have various interpretations. Just like what RM said about beautiful lyrics is that you may find more or another underlying meaning behind it each time you go back.

I love your video interpretation of repeating routine. Change doesn't happen over night, learning to love oneself is a journey but taking one meaningful step forward each day is the right direction. It is so powerful to hear ARMY sing the chorus in unison in the stadium. BTS has changed so many lives for the better. Also note in the rain scene the rain starts to flow upward. I think that was his Epiphany moment.

The mv is part of the BU which is dark, deep and intense. You don’t have to go down the rabbit hole of the BU to enjoy the music but the MV’s connected to the BU make more sense. Jin is a beautiful singer and underrated in my book. It’s hard to stand out in a group of amazingly talented people. Once people pick up on Jin they are surprised by his talents. Another great one! O my God.. I was waiting for this reaction so much. This is the most special song for me because I was pulled into being an Army after watching one of the live performance of Jin singing Epiphany. His voice was just so magical that I had to dig deep into who he was. After I read the lyrics in English it helped me overcome my difficult time that I was going through at that time. His 'I'm the one I should love' just stuck into my mind & I started practicing self love. That's how I got to know BTS. Now it's been almost 4 yrs & I am so in love with these 7 precious souls.
