but the problem is those doubters don’t really care about the truth. If they did then they'd be satisfied with the investigation that was done years ago which already proved BTS innocent in court. The fact that they still say it, it is only because they want to make up something false to hurt BTS members and to try and destroy their career. It's nothing except that. Even if the proof is right infront of them they'll say it again just like they are saying it right now despite being proven wrong long ago. They'll just use this investigation as an excuse to say to us "see even the government ministry doesn’t trust them haha that's why they investigated BTS".

I live in a small village town in the middle of India if I try to put my city's name it won't even be a dot but even in my town people specially school children know BTS and their parents encourage them to learn more BTS....now for a conservative city where growing up we were not allowed to watch cable shows before 10th and film magazines like mayapuri were literally banned and had to be smuggled and read under covers ..BTS is considered a positive influence....that's not because of k-pop or Korean culture..it's because of their talent drive and success but also as the positive role model they have demonstrated and maintained by their initiative....btw most parents are not big fans of jk's solo seven explicit and 3d ..there was a meeting in my daughters school regarding this😂😂😂😂.... anyway BTS is more than k-pop and above all marketing stuns...and if tomorrow there is no hybe or BTS when they come back in 2025 they will rise again on their own .....hybe did not make BTS ....BTS made hybe....afbf❤❤❤❤❤

I 💯% agree with you. I am so done with this sh#*%. Don't even get me started on Min Hee-Jin. It sucks that BTS can't even defend themselves right now. We ARMY have to do it. I do think we should not bash Hybe thought because Big Hit is under HYBE (thankfully as an independent company) and BTS has stocks in HYBE. If ARMY harms HYBE, they also harm BTS, imo. That does mean we should act like Hybe is great, but I won’t be taking part in any protests, bashing? Etc.

Bang PD didn't 'open up' his company, he created a protective umbrella because Bangtan had to go to the military and BH couldn't survive otherwise. Also, now he has to protect TXT, too. I'm so disappointed in esp. Army, who buy into this. The slander from everybody else is to be expected, but I think the disapproval from our side hurts them most. I'm definitely not 50/50 on this issue (i.e. they're equally bad). No way. Not today. Imo y'all just suffer from nostalgia instead of looking towards the future. Being reasonable and practical. I agree with your point to STAN IDOLS and NOT COMPANIES. I think them being dragged into the drama, and the slander and rumors about them, is ridiculous. It's unnecessary and cowardly to do it especially when BTS are serving their country and can't say or do anything about it. I don't agree with your explanation of HYBE, and being money hungry. BTS's success got them their money, and they decided to diversify. It's what companies do, especially if they want to expand in other markets. I think it was smart of Bang PD to keep Big Hit Music a private independent subsidiary label under HYBE, which is the Public business side of things, and he stepped down as CEO but remained chairman of the board, which is smart. He wanted to continue on the production side of things, which is where he gets the most joy. Also, remember that BTS members all own stock in HYBE, and they are independent voting members. You need to not talk about HYBE like BTS are not aware of all that is going on in their own parent company. Bang PD protected his artists by keeping the label private. Big Hit Music is their label. The bottom line is I stand with BTS, and I will always trust and support them. But I've always liked Bang PD because the guys trust him and look to him as a mentor. I don't see how HYBE is doing anything negative to BTS. Especially since they hired an extra law firm to handle the cases that they are filing on the people that are spreading rumors and defaming BTS, and I'm sure handling the investigation by the government. Let's not pretend that BTS aren't grown ass men and know how to handle their own business. They are not victims in their own company, they own part of it. So when they make money for themselves and their company, they get the benefits on both sides. But I agree with you on the government, they are despicable, investigating BTS's label while they are in the military, on an issue that was resolved in 2017, and it's not even related to anything going on today. It's disgusting. Not only are there countless rumors and a smear campaign going on right now towards BTS, but the government is now joining in on it. It's uncalled for.

There will never be another BTS. They are unique in their rise to global stardom, and there is no duplication that can be made~ they could be considered a force of nature, even when away serving their duty to their country~ there are millions of Armys waiting. I think it's ridiculously funny they were accused of being a cult. Hmm, MAYBE A CULT OF MUSIC LOVERS, hmmm, me too. On a personal level, I feel that this mess with HYBE and MHJ needs closure, and that New Jeans is probably going to be negatively impacted by the association, losing their chance at stardom. Those talented young ladies didn't deserve that. And as far as BTS is concerned, they gain new Armys every day and in June 2025, watch the happiness × love BTS receives, they haven't been forgotten ~ they've had incredible hatred and slander and gossip thrown at them all along the way...AND THEY ARE STILL globally loved now. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Wish I could "Like" this more than once. Thank you for everything that you stated. I'm not Army, just a huge fan. I buy their albums as well as stream on different platforms all day, watch all the mv's, dance practice, Bombs, Bon Voyage, ventured through the BU and catching up on all the Run BTS episodes as well as support their individual projects. It's a good thing I am retired because it takes me all day. My point is that I'm older, live in Canada and am invested in BTS - I am not alone doing this. They are talented, fun, interesting and there is always excitement surrounding them but more importantly they are beacons of hard work, dedication, humanity and humility. They really bring spirits alive in Kpop that I have not found in other groups, as talented as they may be. The world needs them more than ever and I applaud you for standing up and speaking the truth about these wonderful young men. Hybe and South Korea should be bowing in thanks to them instead of hiding behind or using their good name. BTS introduced me to S.K. and now I am learning so much about the culture, history, language, geography, housing, movies, k-dramas, food, clothing etc... It seems to me that BTS trusts Bang PD. Hybe need to stay afloat for BTS to do their comeback album/projects, concerts. All companies are money hungry. Why do I feel like this accusations against hybe and BTS are all done by BTS HATERS, if hybe sink then BTS will not have a company to back them up, some people might pretend they are Army when they’re really not. They want to see BTS and hybe crumble. Like what Namjoon said “Trust Us”, until Namjoon said not to trust Hybe then I will not do anything.

Correct that's the root of the problem they can't get at BTS so they go after the company because no company no BTS. No BTS no company they are one in the same.

I do however agree with you the SK Government owe BTS an apology they are happy to use them for their own ends but then turn around accuse them of goodness only know what without any evidence. I just hope HYBE will go after the fools through the courts. I hope they don't say anything until the paper are lodged with the courts. No giving those idiots the heads up that HYBE have got their legal paperwork sorted out. No need to threaten them in the court of public arena just go for the throat.

Right I've just finish doing some more research. The SK government are not going after BTS in any way at all. What's happened is someone has posted 2 petitions on the SK Government website where you can post petitions then you get a post back saying The petition as been received' that does not mean they'll do anything with it. One of the 2 petitions the SK government can't even discuss because it's already been disproven in a court of law and can't be retried. So we don't have to ask the SK government to apologise after all. So my first reaction wasn't required we don't need to ask them to apologise as they've not done anything. Phew. it was a Reporter that got it all wrong and the other news stations didn't fact check and went with a false story.

This has now been debunked by 2 different south Korean journalists. Thank goodness I say so UPDATE The South Korean Government are not investigating or accusing BTS and/orHYBE of anything.

I agree with most of the things you said. South Korea don't deserve BTS. The whole Kpop industry esp the kpop companies are desperate to get rid of BTS so, according to their stans, their groups can finally chart or win an award. They were celebrating when BTS announced their group hiatus due to the military service. That was a huge testament to me of how the whole kpop industry is so jealous of BTS' success. However, I couldn't take myself to hate Bang PD and Hybe because Bang PD was like a father to them. BTS trust and adore him. They only have each other's back when they started and he was the only person who believed in these 7 talented boys. Hybe is the company not only built by BTS thru their blood sweat and tears but also by us, ARMY. It was thru us that they were able to build an empire. I feel compelled to protect what we have built, afterall that company is BTS' home. They are stockholders in that company so if Hybe incurs losses, BTS will have some of that losses too.

I agree, although I do believe hybe should be held accountable and they are passive of criticism, joining the slander against them just strengthen the narratives that were always bitter towards hybe sizing up to a big 3 and that often come from people bitter towards bts too, and I don't think hybe is a perfect corporation or bighit a flawless company but joining the slander against them rn just feels very irrational to me especially bc some people want to act like they are the worst company ever and I just don't see it that way.

This is the thing, most of BTS net worth, is wrapped up in the Hybe company via stocks. I am not a stan of the company but by them being shareholders of that position. They have voting power in a billion $ corporation. The success of Hybe is directly proportional to their net worth. Meaning not only are they getting money as an artist but also as a major shareholder. That deal when given was rare for any artist globally. I say this to say that BTS is not going anywhere or it would be after they sell their stocks. But i hope once they get out they use their power in the company to change things. Which i think is happening with the added legal team

They are shareholders in hybe, you are right. But they aren't "major" shareholder. I'm speechless at the fact that despite being the biggest contributors for 10+ years, BTS members got such low percentage of the shares while that Min Heejin came into the company with no contribution and only been there for 3 years and she was given 20% shares so easily. I can't understand how the hybe executives thought this was fair. BTS honesty deserved more percentage. For them to have substantial voting rights, they honestly need MORE percentage. Not to mention that the few amount of stock they got, from those RM, j-hope and Jin already sold some of their stocks before enlisting so now their stocks are lesser. The company is honestly wasting BTS hard earned money instead of just giving it to them

@madkmadk6809 To be fair, her 20% is of Ador only. While Bangtan's is of HYBE itself. It's like MHJ owning 20% of Tiffany & Co while BTS owns 1% of LVMH, the company that owns Tiffany, Celine, Moët, and so much more. So you can see which one is more valuable. I do agree with you the company should have given them more. But truthfully, it was a move rarely seen before, for artists at least and never in SK I think. Doesn't mean BTS should've not gotten more. But I say all that to say, that 1% is actually holds A LOT of power when played right. Plus we don't know what they got in this last deal. We may need to wrap our heads around that they may never leave, which would be a great financial decision for them to stay. And that, especially after they structureed the last deal, trust these business savvy men know how to handle things. And i guess direct our anger to the ppl doing the attacks and stream heavily. He's moving pieces, and I think Mee Hee Jin saw his move for what it is and tried to copy him in planning to make Ador like Ithaca- a shell company having no valuable assets but was just caught as she was just starting. I will never give Scooter the benefit of a doubt w/ his history. It would be easier for me to apologize to him if I was truly wrong with my assumption than forgive myself for being duped by a known opportunistic con man.

How did an investigation of an employee fully turn into a BTS dog piling event? Honestly, as heartbreaking as it is, Bts has to realize no one has their best interest at heart. The whole situation made me cry yesterday. As a die heart army it made me SO UPSET. People are trying to bring BTS down so bad. I think BTS also wants to be in mainstream western market.....Remember the reason they released full english songs because they want to get to the western market, they do western collaborations why the same reason. For me, I think Hybe values talent and wants to help K-pop get bigger aside from just the money aspect. That is also important as a corporation. Why should BTS leave the company and the big building that they built on their own? In my opinion everyone else should get out of there and give all the power to BTS because how dare they make BTS start all over again from scratch while they have comfortable roof and all resource (the hybe building) on top of their heads?
